"Where should I begin? I have approached Will almost 5 months ago and I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined the intro talk. After that experience I signed up for the full course the next week. I really enjoyed every single minute of the course. "Firstly, what makes this form of meditation so great is that it’s so easy to do and I cannot imagine anyone not being able to get the hang of it. My interest in Vedic meditation is to help me develop my intuitive side and to help my teenaged daughter, who is on the autistic spectrum, to relax and so to lessen her symptoms such as sensory overload and to make processing information easier. The most motivating thing of all is just how quickly results can be seen. I had a very difficult decision to make and, after about two weeks, I was able to see things in a different way and my clarity of vision had changed to allow me to see things more clearly and I am pleased to say that in the next few weeks I was able to make my decision. As for my daughter, she is beginning to be more relaxed and her communication has certainly improved. My teacher was Jess and I cannot praise and thank her enough for her positive encouragement and input and she is inspirational in the way she delivers the course. Thank you so much Jess. "

"Firstly I would like to note that Will is an excellent teacher; I found the Vedic technique easy to learn and use. I also think his knowledge about meditation is impressive, and I enjoy the fact that he is engaged with both ancient teachings and modern scientific findings. I have also been delighted by the continuing support and sense of community offered. I think this is a really important part of meditation, and Will and Jess deliver it with great kindness, warmth and fun. They are both approachable and lovely people. Vedic meditation has been a wonderful addition to my life. I feel that some of the most pronounced positive changes include: being able to sleep properly again; various phobias disappearing (e.g. embarrassingly, I used to be very afraid of pigeons, and now I can practically let them perch on my foot); I panic less, and feel less anxious; I feel more balanced, and calm; I have less desire to drink alcohol and have given up smoking; I feel more compassionate; I find it easier to be friendly and congruent between different groups of people. I’m sure there are more (and more to come), but having just meditated before writing this, I would also note that when my head is feeling really frazzled from work, stressful situations, fatigue or illness, meditating clears my mind, calms me, grounds me, and makes me feel more energised. I have tried other forms of meditation, and I don’t want to put them down in any way, but I have found that Vedic meditation is the easiest to learn and incorporate into daily life, and has the most pronounced benefits. "

"My meditation is integrating itself very smoothly and providing to be many real noticeable benefits. In the beginning I was checking time after 8-10 minutes, now I have nearly reached this to 17-18 minutes and several times its crossed past 20 minutes. "During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I could feel all the chakras one by one. It was stronger than what I’ve had before with other meditations. And when it gets to the 20mins mark , I feel a fullness all over, almost as though I’ve been filled with energy and that’s when I open my eyes and know 20 mins are up.

Outside of the meditation I’ve noticed the following:
I am far more energetic and procrastinate less.

I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Communication has gotten better. And where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms. "

"My friend Mat had been doing this meditation for a long time and kept telling me I should do it, but for some reason I just couldn’t understand how it worked or how it could be good for me. Having finally decided to take the course, I can genuinely say that Will really did change my life. Initially, nothing immediate or that profound arose, but over time I am seeing my considerable positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is much clearer and I am way, way happier. The reason I came to Will was because I had recently been diagnosed with something called Meniere’s disease, a condition that is apparently related to stress and lifestyle issues. Since I’ve been meditating twice a day, I am no longer feeling many of the effects of the condition. It hasn’t gone away entirely but I now feel I have an ability to control situations again. I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. I am recommending Will’s technique to everyone who I speak to. There are loads of people around me who are asking why I am so positive and chilled out lately, and I find myself recommending Will’s technique to everyone who asks. "I was a complete novice to meditation and mindfulness and any of those things, before I came across Will and Jess. I thought that I didn’t need it as was very happy with where I was and that mediation was only for people who wanted to ‘escape from society’.  Will persuaded me to take a chance and just try it, so I did, as why would you not try something that could make life even better? That is what mediation is for me, a way to be able to engage with society even more and enjoy life even more. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone, no matter what age or type of person they are, as this is something for everyone. "Meditation was a last resort for me after suffering a life altering head injury. After the injury I was subject to a few unfamiliar side affects such as anxiety, head aches, panic attacks and I lost the ability to socialise. This was very unlike me and it was frightening. I was introduced to Will who immediately made me feel comfortable and that I was doing the right thing. Naturally I was skeptical but felt like I needed to try it as nothing else had worked. Several days after my weekend with Will I had a phone call from a friend asking how my head was and if the anxiety was still bad, I had to pause a second…. It was then I realised that my head aches were gone, the anxiety were gone and the panic attacks were gone! I’m so happy meditation found me. Since starting I have continued and felt countless benefits from it. The main one being the impact it’s had on an old neck problem. It somehow takes over the movement of my neck and manipulates it until the pain has gone. This happens in all of my meditations, once I open my eyes I get a sensation of relief. I could go on for hours but the best thing I can say is everyone is different and it’ll give you an individual experience depending on what you need. #bestpartofmyday "

The meditation really works! On Friday I came to the US. I only had 1:30 hours of sleep. The flight left at 3:00 am. Arrived at Fort Lauderdale at 7:00 am. I was not able to sleep on the plane, though I did my meditations.
Then I took a car and had to drive for 3 more hours. On the middle of the journey I was falling asleep. Stopped at a service plaza on the turnpike, did a 20 mins meditation and I was as fresh as a lettuce!!! Amazing!!!  I’ve also not experienced jet lag on intercontinental flights.

"I was always curious about meditation, especially after learning about neuroplasticity and how meditation triggered it. My problem was which type of meditation to choose from. Techniques seemed complicated to learn and demanded too much effort in terms of practice for such a busy life. I then found Vedic Meditation through a free presentation Will and Jess gave at my office. Same day I researched a bit more and next day I contacted them to enrol. Will is such an amazing teacher and this technique is so easy to practice and has so many immediate effects on you…it’s just wonderful. I took the course less than 2 months ago and since then I am much more relaxed, in an even better mood and everyday I remember my dreams! First time I meditated with Will was something really unexpected. At the time I didn’t even manage to process it all but I understood right there and then it would have a profound effect on me. Those 2 minutes eyes closed after meditating were bliss. It was like my mind was at peace, in such a nice place. But the most extraordinary was when I left Will and Jess and headed to Victoria Station. As usual, there were so many people in the street but instead of just walking and looking without seeing, up to today I can still remember faces of people who crossed my path. I really felt this connection with people. I was seeing and feeling what was around me. I usually describe that moment as if I was high. And I definitely was. It was a higher feeling, a higher connection. I never looked back and ‘Sleepy Smurf’ me has been waking up a bit earlier everyday to practice! That’s how good it is! I definitely recommend this course and there aren’t enough words to thank Will, and also Jess, for giving me this life changing practice in such a warm and caring way, exactly as they both are. "

"This is totally unlike any other meditation I’ve done before. Its so much easier than anything else I’ve tried, and i’ve done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it. I especially like the fact that you’re not forced to think in any kind of way, this just allows you to be. It’s easy, it’s really relaxing and you feel absolutely top notch after every meditation. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Even if you think you’ve tried lots of meditation in the past. Try this and I bet you it will exceed your expectations. "

"I’ve been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who’d learned with them. I’d previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is. Not only is it simple, it’s also very powerful compared with other techniques, and so it’s incredibly effective! Will and Jess are wonderful; they both give so much of themselves, and clearly love their jobs, (they work around the clock). I came to this meditation to try and tackle anxiety, and a persistent sense of meaninglessness in life. All of the claims on the website sounded too good to be true, and I was wary of getting swindled… BUT I am so glad I decided to take the risk, in my opinion this technique is better than a lot of the stuff we have out there, which is probably why it sounds too good to be true! I can also now see how so many of our problems are connected, and so it makes sense that the meditation is able to work so holistically. I’m happy to say it’s revolutionising my life. My understanding of myself, others, and of life is growing and growing, I’m much happier, and I’m particularly loving the freedom it’s giving me to have confidence in and follow what I truly want to be doing with my life, without second-guessing myself constantly. I was also worried that starting a practice like this could somehow cause me to lose touch with my identity; but in reality I’m feeling more and more connected with myself. I went on my first retreat a few weeks ago, which was beautiful, and have just started the Exploring the Veda course, which I’m very excited about! I’d recommend Vedic meditation to absolutely everyone, to try it for themselves, and see what it can do for them. "

"I’ve been meditating for 20 months now and find it an incredible tool for enjoying a better quality of life. After my morning meditation I feel ready to take on the day with an increased sense of energy. Often ideas come to me during my meditation, that enable me to be better at my job and tackle life differently. My relationships have improved and I feel happier in myself. The technique is simple to learn, effortless to practice and easy to do anywhere. I regularly meditate on the train and find it easy to fit into my hectic lifestyle. "I was completely new to meditation before the course, and decided to give it a go after going through some personal issues in life, and thought “why not”. This was 3 months ago, and since then I have been meditating once to twice a day and really enjoy it.  I absolutely love getting in from work and meditating for 20 minutes, it’s so relaxing and is a great escape for the mind from the chaotic world in which we live.   I now feel more relaxed and less stressed, and feel that it helped me get through a difficult period and I now genuinely enjoy it. "I have been joining the meditation classes and group events are an absolute joy and refresher for mind and soul. "I first met Will and Jess in February 2015 and how life has changed since then! Following a weekend course where Will shared with the group all there is to know about the Vedic mediation practise, I left on that Sunday afternoon with a 50 : 50 blend of apprehension and excitement. Thereafter, as I practised each day and got deeper into my mediation, apprehension quickly dissolved and excitement built! The beauty of this technique (I think anyway) is its’ simplicity. 20 mins twice a day and you are good to go! My life seems clearer and calmer and less confused since that February weekend - a new perspective on life if you will. So compelled was I with my new teachings that I convinced my wife to attend a course in May. She is now practising daily also and just as passionate about Vedic mediation as I am! So much so that we have since taken our two children along to see Will and they have now started meditating also (I kid you not!!!) "As with millions of people in London or living in any major city, life was good, but slightly frayed around the edges. For me, pulling at the thread was not an option, so I tried meditating for years. Before my course with Will, I never quite found a course, which worked with my needs, made me feel safe. I was struggling to sit still for two minutes, and being told to visualise a hot air balloon or a dolphin wasn’t working either. After a horrendous shopping trip off Oxford Street, I stopped off at Wholefoods for some R & R, saw there was an introduction for the course around the corner and had less than ten minutes to make it. I was armed with scepticism and questions, which Will answered frankly and cogently. I never travel with a map, therefore couldn’t see a valid reason not to sample the vedic meditation course. I’m fairly grounded, healthy and balanced, but have enough buzz and energy to power a small town. Naturally, I was convinced I knew all there was to know about me: I hadn’t even scratched the surface. Sound judgement, stronger intuition, choosing your battles, erasing and replacing redundant persons or situations with better things, communicating resourcefully with yourself and others – the list goes on; all no doubt by-products from the realignment, which comes from my daily meditation practice. I’m a social smoker, but must admit, smoking does feel like a dreadful habit now as opposed to that blissfully, lovely ritual it once was – sometime I don’t even notice when I haven’t had my one of three rollies a day. I can’t walk on water, move mountains, but feeling alright again is a great starting point. "

I’m so grateful for meeting Will and Jess, because with this meditation I’ve learnt to be gentle with myself which was really unusual.
To go further I’ve done the week-end retreat which was incredible. I’ve experienced tolerance, acceptance, understanding of people and love them as they are. I thought I’ve already practised them, but definitely not after this experience. I don’t know how explain, it’s like I knew everything, I rationalised all these concepts and I thought that I’ve applied them…but not really. Now I know what is the difference: now I can FEEL it! "I’ve been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will’s introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years Eloquently guiding us through the course , Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He lead s you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I’ve had some of my best night’s sleep in years and it feels fabulous. I should also mentionthat this has been an invaluable tool in my recovery  from alcoholism. For years I’ve been struggling to  stay of the drink for concerted periods of time, but the more I do this, the more I feel at complete ease and don’t feel compelled to hit the self destruct button. And contrary to previous practice , I haven’t missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Vedic and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. "I have been mediating for about 2 months and since doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in the levels of stress that I feel on a daily basis. I really look forward to sitting down to do them as they help me to feel more balanced than I ever have. I have battled with an eating disorder for 5 years and although I have managed to make progress alone, the meditation has enabled me, almost immediately, to think in a much more rational way, helping me to cope with all the things that used to trigger my self destructive behaviours. "Around 6/7 months ago I started to suffer from severe anxiety / panic attacks. At first they were relatively infrequent but over time they became closer and closer together until I was living with constant anxiety. I was incapable of spending any time alone which in turn led to a period of very dark depression. Despite this, I was proactive about trying to get better and started searching out absolutely every treatment I could find: individual / group therapies, guided meditation, yoga, exercise and acupuncture to name a few. They all helped a small amount in the short term but more as a distraction. I was open with those around me about the way I was feeling and a very close friend suggested Vedic meditation. Obviously I jumped at the chance to try something new, took the beginners course and almost instantly began to feel better. In all honesty, meditation was the only thing that really touched the sides. As I felt the positive effects so quickly, I went on a weekend retreat which fast tracked my recovery even further. I cannot recommend meditation enough, it lifted me out of a very dark place and changed my life for the better. "

"Without even knowing when it actually began or how long I was there for, I found myself in a place of compliance. I was complying with society and its crazy lifestyle, complying with the nonsense of social standards and norms, and worst of all complying with the fear inside of me. "I was going through a particularly difficult period in my life when I google searched meditation and found Will Williams Meditation. in late October 2013. I had been experiencing severe depression and anxiety for over a year, I’d had two spells in a psychiatric hospital, my wife had recently filed for divorce, and I just couldn’t cope with all the stress at work so I resigned from my job. I hadn’t listened to all the warning signs and only when I’d gotten to this point did I realise that major change needed to occur before I ended up dead. Despite earning a lucrative career in the City, life simply wasn’t enjoyable, I was existing. I would wake up each morning wondering if the depression would go away and hoping that I could see out the day without having a panic attack. The anxiety was crippling. I had withdrawn into a shell. I didn’t want to do anything to meet anyone, and this, in hindsight was the worst thing I could have done. I was prescribed numerous anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. I found myself walking around like a zombie and there was no joy to be had in anything. I would pray that the next tablet they gave me would work and then my pain would be over, but of course it never did. Every second of every day was spent fixating on my health, Why do I feel this way? Why me? Am I really going mad? I have never experienced anything like this in my whole life and it is a truly awful place to find yourself. I sympathise immensely with anyone who is going through it. I read Will’s website and how meditation could help with anxiety and depression, and the thought came, what have I got to lose? If it doesn’t work, at least I’d tried. So I signed up to Will’s weekend course in London in November 2013, not knowing what to expect, and not necessarily expecting very much at all. Hope for the best, expect the worst was my mentality. Jess (Will’s Girlfriend) met me at the entrance to the venue where they were teaching and I can truly say I’ve never met anyone as sincere and caring as her. She was so welcoming, and she really put me at ease. I then met Will and he was so understanding and I felt so much reassurance. I explained to him my situation and he said he could help. He seemed really confident and really caring. It was an odd feeling, strangers who wanted to help me. Over the course of the weekend I, along with a small group of lovely individuals, were taught how to meditate and given our own unique mantra by Will. We now had the tools, and the know how, to make this work for us. I went home with my new life tool and meditated 20 mins in the morning and the same again in the evening. My mind was all over the place, but apart from a daily swim, and weekend visits with my kids I had nothing else to look forward to so I embraced it. After about a month of meditating daily I began to see big differences, I could seemingly now cope with the anxiety and almost control it. When my chest was thumping or I had butterflies in my stomach I no longer felt scared – there was a knowingness that my body was releasing adrenaline and it was simply my wrecked nervous system making itself known while I began the repair process. Meditation was repairing my body and it became the foundation upon which I started rebuilding my life in a way that made me feel good about myself and the world. I was loving it it in every way and it helped me re-evaluate my whole life. Meaningless things that I’d previously got wrapped up in and thought were important no longer seduced me into giving them more attention than they deserved, and a stark realisation of how my feelings of anger and negativity were holding me back and harming me became very apparent. I began enjoying walks in the park, listening to birdsong, admiring the cloud formations in the sky, feeling and enjoying the green grass and the surrounding trees. Things which I had totally overlooked for my whole adult life – I’d been so caught up in the rat race and the pursuit of material items, I’d been convinced they would provide me with happiness, which they never did for more than a fleeting moment. Now, without even trying, I was tuned into what really mattered and my level of perspective seemed perfectly adjusted. I would live life for me and for the sheer enjoyment of living and appreciating and contributing to the rich tapestry of life that I now felt I belonged to once more. My life is really good now, I know it may sound like a cliche, we’re always trying to convince ourselves and others that we’re happy, but I genuinely feel something profound and beautiful bubbling up within me each day, each moment. I was stuck in an unhealthy marriage and I was very, very unwell in mind and body. Now I’m happier then I can ever remember, and now I feel like I even have the energy and resources to help others wherever I can. Every day feels like a gift. Will is always on hand if you have any questions and if you want to have a bit of football banter, he loves Arsenal. He is an extremely knowledgeable guy, and has a logical answer for almost every situation, his advice has been invaluable to me. Without Will, Jess and the team I don’t know where I’d be now. I believe that you meet people in life for a reason, and I feel so lucky to have encountered them. "

"In the beginning of September I was browsing Internet, searching for some other kind of meditation, when the website of Will popped up. What I read reminded me a conversation years ago, someone telling me about the POWER OF THE SOUND. Still hesitant, I signed up at the last possible moment. I’m deeply grateful to the Force that made me go for it. For the past 8 years I was involved in deep spiritual studies, wanted to know how life works. I’m aware of my weak points, and while what I learned is valuable, I was not able to make the necessary changes inside and out. Two weeks into Vedic meditation ….. And much to my shock, I decided to drop what I was practicing. I felt like a white piece of paper. Light …. Now one month have past since my first meditation….. "I was suffering from severe stress and anxiety for the past four years due to problems work and an unhealthy relationship. "What an amazing weekend of knowledge and inspiration! I’ve been experiencing many problems with anxiety and this has been affecting my sleep. I was also very low on confidence and struggling with a deep sense of malaise and there has been a saddening lack of joy in my life for too long. I didn’t really understand how Vedic meditation could help with these things when other techniques and therapies have failed, but I didn’t really know what else to try. One of my concerns was that I really wasn’t confident I was going to be able to do it properly, but Will assured me that everybody can do it, even 5 year old children! I turned up on the first day and waited outside with the incredibly lovely Jess and then went in at the appointed hour. Will gave me a beaming smile and I felt immediately at ease. "My experience with Vedic meditation has been great!! I used to practise other kinds of meditation before but I found Vedic, simple and effective. "Learning Vedic meditation last year with Will Williams was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I tried various methods in the past but there wasn’t anything that resonated or stuck with me. "For as long as I can remember I have had trouble sleeping. Struggling to get off to sleep, always waking up several times through the night, and the sleep I did get was very shallow. This is due almost entirely to stress. Mentally – my mind just won’t switch off, and keeps running my problems on a hellish loop, and Physically – I store a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. "It’s been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing. I stopped smoking but had a little lapse. But I am determined to quit. Friends have said how amazing I look and two friends will sign up for the intro talk. Really good things are happening and I am loving life. "

"I am 21 years old and I recently completed a Business and Management degree at the University of Exeter. Like the majority of my friends around my age, I was very unsure about the next stages in my life and was very lost. Having worked in the Financial sector during internships and starting my own company at University I still found no purpose of where I wanted to progress in life, only knowing I was determined to be highly successful and make a difference. I took this course to help me focus my mind on what I want in life. After just over 1 month, my life has totally transformed; I know where I want to go and have truly realised the extreme benefits of meditation after this short period of time. I am more focused and I feel a lot calmed, where I am worrying less and less about matters which really are not worth worrying about. This epic transformation I have experienced has been the best thing I have ever undergone. This has triggered a passion for the subject where I am constantly reading about Vedic meditation and the history behind it (which I must say has been much more fulfilling than just watching TED talks, biographies, and books such as “speed reading techniques; all of these offered techniques of improvement, yet only made me more stressed by having extra things on my to do list to complete). Will is an incredible teacher and is most definitely the most wise person I have met in my life (apologies to my lecturers). He has opened an entirely new world to me and actually cares about my personal progression. I must admit when I read the description and spoke to Will before I started the course I was highly dubious that it was just another classic sales pitch, trust me, it is not. 4 months ago a great friend of mine said I should try meditation to which my reply was “sorry mate, it just doesn’t work for me”. I now realise how naive that comment was, I hope as the reader, you truly understand the normality of meditation and the true benefits that are available. "

"I have been doing various types of meditation on and off for a few years but most of them require too much time to fit into a daily routine. I initially thought that a meditation based on a mantra wasn’t for me but I was open to try after a friend recommended me so highly to Will Williams Meditation. And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine though on hectic/social days, it can be a bit more challenging. But the meditation makes me feel so nice (I can feel warmth around my heart) that finding the time for it is a priority for me. I prefer to meditate at home but I also do it on the tube when I am in a rush in the morning. The best conditions for meditation though are when I go to the group meditation. The energy of the group makes the meditation so lovely and powerful. And it is always nice to meet like-minded people and, for those who want, share the journey we are on. One last thing I must mention, is that the meditation would energise me after a poor night sleep and is making wonders when flying, no jet lag! "

"It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Vedic Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. On top of that I became happier, more in tune with my feelings and other peoples. Much less stressed, less tired feelings, stopped drinking coffee, I lost weight, I can take lifes hiccups in my stride rather than flipping out all over the place like before. I have also chosen some new career paths since meditating so it opened up parts of my mind that were not there before and put me on a new more positive path. "I met Will Williams in January 2014 having learned in Sydney a year previously. I was looking for a Vedic meditation group I could join for group meditations. I was immediately impressed by Will’s friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he’d actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with lookng after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents 🙂 I always feel extremely welcome at Will’s group meditations, it’s actually where I’ve had some of my most profound meditations. As a result, I recently took the advanced course and that has taken things to a whole new level. It feels that all my inner talents are coming to the fore and my creativity (I’m a designer) has rocketed. I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. Will really is a truly meditation teacher and his commitment to teaching and bringing its benefits to his students is hugely impressive.
