"I learned to meditate a few months ago and still think this is one of the most amazing life skills to have. I’m far more relaxed than I used to be and stay calm in situations that normally would have triggered a not all that calm reaction. I am more energised, get out of bed much more easily in the morning and generally feel so much more content and happy in life. Thank you Will! "

"I attended Will’s beginner’s Meditation Course in October 2013 and have not looked back since. Will and I met at just the right time in my life. I have a relatively stressful job and was finding it increasingly harder to manage my day and was getting quite worked up. I needed something to help me take my mind off things and to try to relax a bit more. Having spent a weekend learning with Will, I now have the tools I need to concentrate more, to relax and not get so stressed over the little things in life. I have a new outlook on life. I can notice a big difference in myself and others around me have said it to me too. Vedic mediation is so easy, I don’t know why I hadn’t tried it sooner. I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and “mindfulness”. None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the “gospel according to Will” to friends and family members. Try it, you won’t regret it! Another great add on to the meditation are the skills I learned on Will’s rounding retreat. It’s 4 days or bliss and relaxation in a beautiful environment. Many thanks to Will and Jess. Without you I would have a lot more grey hair and would probably have burned out sooner rather than later! "

"I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and "mindfulness". None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the "gospel according to Will" to friends and family members. Try it, you won't regret it! Another great add on to the meditation are the skills I learned on Will's rounding retreat. It's 4 days or bliss and relaxation in a beautiful environment. "Let me start my stating that I usually do not write reviews. However I am making an acception here because of the truly profound experience that I have gained from Will Williams meditation. I have only been meditating for 2 months, since that time my insomnia has gone. I used to get only 1 hour sleep if I was lucky, but now I get 7 good hours of pure blissful sleep. In the past I also lost my temper and got stressed at work. Those problem are also history now, I am much calmer and never get stressed even in the toughest situations. All this achieved in only 2 months and I am continuing to meditate twice a day. In the months ahead I intend to expand my knowledge further. I would highly recommend Will Williams meditation to everyone as it will definitely help you in some capacity. Will and his team are all extremely friendly and very helpful. Indeed, I have had the privilege to be taught by Will himself and he explains things very clearly and answers all questions thoroughly. Give them a try, it maybe the best decision you could make. "
