"The meditation has been working really well. I have found it easy to integrate in my daily life and I have only missed maybe 3 or 4 evening meditations which I feel is pretty good considering how busy things in my life is. The meditation is helping in many ways, some of the more obvious one are that I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements, and its having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine and also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. As a yoga practitioner and teacher for many years, and a full time massage therapist and healer, I have tried many different traditions and techniques of meditation, and for where I am at in my life right now I feel the vedic meditation is the one that has been the most effective so far, and the easiest to integrate in my life. "

I was always curious how to meditate. How to do it properly. I put off trying until I came along to Will Williams group introductory workshop where I enrolled in the three day course for my birthday. I loved the in depth explanation and the clear and simple instruction. It all made real sense and any questions were expertly answered in a beautifully relaxed atmosphere. I now meditate using this knowledge, feeling confident that I’m doing it right which gives me huge incentive to continue twice a day and it excites me knowing the more I practice the more benefits accumulate and the more then that I feel a peace of mind that sees me through the day.

"I have learned Vedic Meditation about 4 months ago . I thought I had a very busy mind and that I had to do something about it ! Now I can tell you that is absolutely fine having thoughts, but with meditation you learn how to be in Control of it! I was thinking way ahead time and getting stress for things that were not yet happened . With the many benefits of Vedic meditation, I m now much more calmer and clear. I feel more on the ground and I have that connection with my self and the surrounded that I never had before. I believe I m more balanced. Toke me sometimes to experience it and enjoy it fully, I guess is different for everyone. It also gave me the strength and clarity in my life to take many effective decisions towards my happiness. Will and Jess are two very beautiful Souls ! "

"I met Will in an era of my life which was not particularly sunny. He introduced me to Vedic meditation about a year ago. I had sought help from a variety of different institutions and professionals all ending with unsatisfactory results. For me the only other option was medication or to turn inwards. As a strong believer of fighting the cause and not symptom Will’s ┬ácourse. I’ve been meditating now for about a year and a half every day and received my advanced mantra yesterday. I wouldn’t change my meditation and the balance it has given me for any sum of money. I’m finally at peace and only progressing. And I have Will to thank for the change in course of my life. Thank you my friend! "

"I thought the structure of the beginners course was brilliant. I really enjoyed learning the ins-and-outs of meditation, getting the chance to ask some questions and learn about the studies into it’s benefits and doing the first few sessions in a group was really good I think. Definitely wind-in-sails. I’ve been really enjoying doing the meditation on my own too, definitely feeling a lot clearer in the mind already, and feel so much more rested. 10/10 recommendation from me. This is top stuff. "
