"Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. I would like to say thank to both Will and Jess for teaching my wife and I this amazing life tool that will help us to grow even closer and deal with any of the stresses that life may throw at us. "

"I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my specialist kept on at me to start meditating. ‘I’ve tried and failed. How am I supposed to empty my head of thoughts?’ I said. ‘You must find a way.’ he said. I came across Vedic meditation and thought that repeating a mantra sounded more my bag. I liked Will’s setup as it seemed professional. Both he and Jess are great, super supportive and professional. I have recommended them already to friends. I have completed the beginners course, a rounding retreat and recently an advanced mantra course. I employ many approaches to help with my CFS, but meditation is the one thing that has a measurable positive effect on my wellbeing. "

"After hearing about Meditation I decided to give it a try with Will Williams. I was surprised at how strong and instantly this technique worked. It helped me battle fatigue and anxiety and also helped me creatively, getting in the flow while working. Meditation has allowed me to create a much more balanced and calm life and really become much more aware of myself. And when the inevitable hardships of life happen, vedic meditation is a tool that can be relied on that can help ease the suffering. I have nearly been meditating a year and have been on 3 retreats with Will and Jess and with their amazing support I have really been able to push my meditation technique much further in a very short space of time. The support and group meditations that is provided from Will and Jess really help to keep you motivated and to develop your technique and also meet like minded individuals who are trying to improve the quality of their life. The 20 minutes of meditation twice a day has become something that I rely on and relish. It is a moment to reconnect with myself and get away from the anxiety of life. Put simply meditation makes life more enjoyable! "
