"It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Vedic Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. On top of that I became happier, more in tune with my feelings and other peoples. Much less stressed, less tired feelings, stopped drinking coffee, I lost weight, I can take lifes hiccups in my stride rather than flipping out all over the place like before. I have also chosen some new career paths since meditating so it opened up parts of my mind that were not there before and put me on a new more positive path. Total game changer and I am still getting started! "

"I learnt how to meditate with Will in February 2014 and it’s made a significant difference to my life, I’m calmer, less stressed and find this new relaxed state enhances my ability to work effectively and retain information. I’ve also noticed a significant enhancement in my ability to problem solve situations. This is definitely something that everyone should learn. "

"Learning Vedic Meditation has felt very natural to apply into my every day life, and has very quickly become instinctive to do. The simplicity of what Will and his team gracefully teach is effortless to practice and make your own. The changes I’ve noticed since learning Vedic Meditation have played such a huge role in how I choose to develop each day, how I reflect and build upon myself and the world around me. The depth and possibilities are endless. Learning from the best, Will and his team have extensive knowledge and experience on VM and will guide you through this journey with A* support. Vedic Meditation has become an important, invaluable tool for helping me see life in full technicolour, I highly recommend getting involved and joining the party! "

"My experience with Vedic meditation has been great!! I used to practise other kinds of meditation before but I found Vedic, simple and effective. Meditation has helped me to start being a bit more detached of results and outcomes and rather focus on the now. It had also awoken in me a desire to grow and keep going on my spiritual journey. Jess and Will are awesome, their dedication and genuine care is first class. I also had the chance to meet and talk a few times with Liam who I find very approachable and open. He had answered a few of my questions and also encouraged me to keep up my practice. I highly recommend the beginners course to anyone, no matter your background or beliefs it will definitely bring a deeper understanding of yourself and a different perspective of life. Thank you to all the team at Will Williams meditation for your awesome and more than needed work in this manic world. "

"I’ve been meditating for 12 days now and I feel so relaxed, my wife has told me that I am like a new person. I haven’t smoked at all since that Thursday I am just not feeling the urge, it’s great! Work wise, it’s been fantastic, I am very calm and very focused. My to do list is done daily by 5pm which is unheard of. Overall I would say not just surprised, but amazed.   "

"I attended Will’s beginner’s Meditation Course in October 2013 and have not looked back since. Will and I met at just the right time in my life. I have a relatively stressful job and was finding it increasingly harder to manage my day and was getting quite worked up. I needed something to help me take my mind off things and to try to relax a bit more. Having spent a weekend learning with Will, I now have the tools I need to concentrate more, to relax and not get so stressed over the little things in life. I have a new outlook on life. I can notice a big difference in myself and others around me have said it to me too. Vedic mediation is so easy, I don’t know why I hadn’t tried it sooner. I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and “mindfulness”. None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the “gospel according to Will” to friends and family members. Try it, you won’t regret it! Another great add on to the meditation are the skills I learned on Will’s rounding retreat. It’s 4 days or bliss and relaxation in a beautiful environment. Many thanks to Will and Jess. Without you I would have a lot more grey hair and would probably have burned out sooner rather than later! "

"Vedic meditation is such a beautiful practice. I am already feeling so many wonderful benefits, even after only a few weeks. It completely revitalises and energises me, so no more obligatory morning espressos! My sleep is now more peaceful and I wake in the mornings utterly refreshed. I have more energy, more motivation and I concentrate better at work. I also inadvertently discovered its a great hangover cure! (if another reason was needed!) The practice has also integrated into my life so effortlessly, despite the fact I am juggling the final year of my degree, working and a whole load of other life commitments! It’s just that easy! Also, you want to do it every day because it gives you something a lot of us in the ultra busy modern world are lacking- time for ourselves. This has been the best thing personally- the meditation has created a space for me to just be. Will is fantastic teacher. He has in abundance what all great teachers have- knowledge, passion for his work and the ability to inspire. I felt so assured and confident from day 1. The course itself was such a revelation and I learned so much more than I ever expected. It was also great to meet so many other students and experienced meditators. I felt encouraged and warmly supported throughout – and I still do! Learning vedic meditation is one of the best things I have ever done. It has been the ultimate gift of kindness to myself because every day I know my life is becoming more enriched and joyful because of it. I will end by saying what we all unanimously agreed on the course- I only wish I had learned earlier. "

"

All my life I have wrestled with ‘peace of mind’.  My mind is a chaotic monkey mess at the best of times and I have been renowned for being rather scatter brained. Couple this with a few rough years it produced someone who always felt like he was teetering on the edge and so sought solace in a hard living, wholly unsustainable, party lifestyle.   And I was very good at it too! Along came Vedic Mediation and after two months, internally at least, I barely recognise that person anymore.   As the weeks role on I feel that the real me that has often sat in the corner cowering at the bombastic party me is slowly and confidently coming to the fore.   The calm is bliss.  The two mini holidays each day a day feel like a total luxury.  I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I’m rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily.  ‘Likes’ be damned. I actually very much like myself now.  And that is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the world. On top of that I can concentrate for hours, I’ve resumed my love of writing, stopped drinking , made peace with vexing people in my life and can pretty much organise rats at a crossroad now.    The benefits just keep popping up In the most surprising  places.  It’s an exciting journey to see what part of me is going to get better and shinier.

"

I started practicing meditation earlier this year and it has so far exceeded my expectations. The simplest way to describe what happens when I meditate is by comparing it to turning a computer off and back on again. All the clutter and noise in my head stops and I become aware of some immediate changes within myself: I feel more alert yet more relaxed, I have a greater attention span and can start to appreciate my surroundings in an entirely different way. The end result has been a much happier me.
I would urge those with even the faintest curiosity about Vedic Meditation to pursue it. The process of learning is entirely culturally unchallenging – there is no singing, no lotus position and no religious agenda. You will not be asked to question your own beliefs but invited to learn from your own experience. I should also point out that this form of meditation is very different to other types of meditation I have been taught in the past such as mindfulness.

As a health care practitioner I am also interested in the objective benefits of practicing Vedic meditation. While still a relatively new area for research, a growing amount of empirical evidence supports this technique as a way of reducing blood pressure, helping stress related disorders and improving our sense of self. Having experienced the benefits first hand I am excited to follow progress of VM in healthcare in the future. "

"Despite years of yoga practice and numerous mindfulness meditation techniques a stroke left me feeling overwhelmed, anxious and fearful. A friend from Sydney recommended Vedic Meditation so after some research I attended an intro talk with Will who was articulate and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. He communicated the simplicity of the technique whilst backing it with firm scientific research. I knew this was exactly what I had been looking for. Since the course I have gained a new level of calmness, clarity and balance. My focus has improved, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I’m so much happier in all aspects of my life. I now feel VM is an essential tool for life. I would highly recommend Will, as this form of meditation is definitely the key to living your best possible life both personally and professionally. The ongoing support of group meditations ensure that you are on track and Will continues to inspire, guide and motivate long after the course has finished. Quite simply the best investment you can make for your future emotional and physical well-being! "

"I am very grateful to discover Vedic Meditation through a talk which Will did at our University. Initially, I actually went to the session with an intention of doing a meditation session as I didn’t realise until later that it was an introductory talk only. I found Will’s talk very interesting, positive and just seeing Will’s passion about it and all the benefits that this type of meditation brings, I really wanted to learn more and so I decided to sign up for the intensive weekend course. Also, for some time I have been looking for a kind of meditation which I can easily incorporate into my daily routine and be consistent with (as I’ve tried a few) and until now I haven’t found one. I really enjoyed the intensive weekend course with Will, who is very knowledgeable and a great teacher, we learned how to mediate, discovered a lot of interesting information about how the mind works and the benefits of the meditation, and it was very interesting and re-assuring to see that the group seemed to experience similar sensations during and after the early days of the Vedic meditation. Today, it’s been over 3 weeks since I started the meditation but so far it’s been positive and I am really enjoying. I actually look forward to doing the meditation (first thing in the morning) and then just before I go home after work (as I was lucky to discover a little meditation room at our Regent Street building). Especially the afternoon session feels really nice, my tension headache goes away, and I go home feeling nice and not so tired. It feels like a reward to me for a busy day’s work. I noticed that I am more productive at work, more focused and generally I feel less stressed. It’s still early days but so far it has been a definitely very positive experience and I am looking forward to the future with Vedic meditation. I am very grateful to Will and for incorporating the Vedic meditation into my life. It’s so easy to include it in a daily routine and now I do it so automatically that it doesn’t feel like I have to force myself to do it or struggle to find a time, as it just became a part of my everyday life. I fully recommend! "

"Although initially skeptical, I booked a course with my fiancee largely for her benefit. The (rather selfish) benefits I felt I could derive from such a technique was to structure my work productivity better, being an overly ambitious entrepreneur. And yet, 4 months on, wow. What an unbelievable difference and improvement I see in the structure of, not just my work productivity, but my life. With such a fantastic teacher, and now friend, in Will I am truly blessed to be where I am – a better person, intrinsically and extrinsically more successful and more controlled and focused. Thank you. I can’t say that enough. "

"“It’s amazing how your life changes when you embrace the reality that you are better than the life you have settled for” (S.M). I do not have enough words to explain how much I have gained from these 8 hours of beginner course. It’s impossible to explain unless you try it. Life-changing? Yes, life changing, that’s the only reductive adjective that can partially describe this intense 8 hours. It’s just not a matter of starting to change the way you live the busy life our society pushes us to do, that is just a consequence, that is just brain. It’s a matter of changing the way you see (brighter), you feel (stronger and more intense), you smell, you touch, you perceive the world around you. You suddenly realize that everything was already around you but you were blind, deft, your senses neurologically impaired to realize that you were just missing the true sense of life. And once you know that, you are able to let it go, to leave, nothing is going to be taken or stolen if that is for you, you can surrender, trust and open yourself without the risk of being stolen, ignored or left alone. That is relief. We do not need to keep everything close to us, we do not need to stop breathing to go faster, we do not need to pay attention to all those small things we thought were crucial for our life but actually are useless and meaningless, as the true ourself is just inside us and it reflects its image in all the things we touch, we see, we smell. This is why, I believe, I am now starting to see how my life was intoxicated by stress and all around me appeared to be dark, grey, ruined. I am starting to make myself bright from inside and things around are turning into a brilliant color as a response, it was all inside me. That hot feeling around my heart after every meditation, that healing process is starting to take place. My heart was close, no way to get in touch with it. And this is just the beginning, the way is long but step by step will reach the mountain. Thank you Jess, as your eyes sparkling and becoming full of true tears when telling us the story of the prisoner feeling for the first time someone was trusting him, have been the most real, genuine and loving act you could give us. We are all prisoners, all locked, all scared, we have all forgotten what trusting means, and for the first time I realized that you have been able to give us the tools we need to re-start believing we deserve peace. We now have them and we are prepare to not judge and just have faith in ourselves. "

"Initially I didn’t think I needed meditation. A combination of Taurean stubbornness, self reliance and a lack of education on the subject helped me form irrational preconceptions about meditation. I thought it was for monks, mountaintops and had little relevance for people living in London. After some encouragement from friends who had recently attended one of Will’s classes and enthusiastically talked about the results, I attended the beginners course to see what all the fuss was about. For people like me who place a lot of value on how things work, I found the information during the course extremely interesting. It’s all very well to talk about the results of meditation but I wanted to know why it worked and what happens physiologically when we meditate. It all makes perfect sense in hindsight and will happily admit that I was very wrong about my initial concerns. The benefits have been profound and subtle at the same time, but the most interesting reaction has come from friends and family who say that I seem happier and calmer. I’ve found that I’m still able to work hard during the week, but it’s done without getting up every 5 minutes to “have a wander”. Focus and enjoyment in what I do has made the working week more productive, and more enjoyable at the same time. For anyone who is a bit of a skeptic, I couldn’t recommend Will and Jess highly enough. Aside from helping me to feel energetic and happy, they’re also some of the nicest people I’ve met and very good at what they do. Big thumbs up from a stubborn mule. "

"I am 21 years old and I recently completed a Business and Management degree at the University of Exeter. Like the majority of my friends around my age, I was very unsure about the next stages in my life and was very lost. Having worked in the Financial sector during internships and starting my own company at University I still found no purpose of where I wanted to progress in life, only knowing I was determined to be highly successful and make a difference. I took this course to help me focus my mind on what I want in life. After just over 1 month, my life has totally transformed; I know where I want to go and have truly realised the extreme benefits of meditation after this short period of time. I am more focused and I feel a lot calmed, where I am worrying less and less about matters which really are not worth worrying about. This epic transformation I have experienced has been the best thing I have ever undergone. This has triggered a passion for the subject where I am constantly reading about Vedic meditation and the history behind it (which I must say has been much more fulfilling than just watching TED talks, biographies, and books such as “speed reading techniques; all of these offered techniques of improvement, yet only made me more stressed by having extra things on my to do list to complete). Will is an incredible teacher and is most definitely the most wise person I have met in my life (apologies to my lecturers). He has opened an entirely new world to me and actually cares about my personal progression. I must admit when I read the description and spoke to Will before I started the course I was highly dubious that it was just another classic sales pitch, trust me, it is not. 4 months ago a great friend of mine said I should try meditation to which my reply was “sorry mate, it just doesn’t work for me”. I now realise how naive that comment was, I hope as the reader, you truly understand the normality of meditation and the true benefits that are available. "
