I was always curious how to meditate. How to do it properly. I put off trying until I came along to Will Williams group introductory workshop where I enrolled in the three day course for my birthday. I loved the in depth explanation and the clear and simple instruction. It all made real sense and any questions were expertly answered in a beautifully relaxed atmosphere. I now meditate using this knowledge, feeling confident that I’m doing it right which gives me huge incentive to continue twice a day and it excites me knowing the more I practice the more benefits accumulate and the more then that I feel a peace of mind that sees me through the day.

"On moving to London from New Zealand at the end of February this year, I struggled to settle into the new London lifestyle and experienced my first ever panic attack within weeks of arriving. I had always had an interest in mediation and had tried traditional meditation classes back home, but struggled to do it and keep it up. My mum had done some research online and suggested I give Vedic Meditation with Will a go. I can honestly say the course has completely changed me for the better. I am so much calmer, happier and confident. My relationships are better, I sleep better and my diet is alot better! I have a new found energy and love for life. I can’t express how beneficial the course has been. I loved it so much I’ve already booked in for the retreat in October. Vedic mediation is very easy to do and has instant positive effects. "My life can be divided into two parts: My life before I started meditating , and my life starting after. After is better. Much better. I learned Vedic meditation with Will 8 months ago and it has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. The benefits started very quickly once I began meditating and I can feel the changes continuing to come with each passing month. My c onfidence is much, much higher, and I now have real sense of exactly who I am. I have also found that since practising this technique I feel much happier. And isn’t that really what we’re all looking for? Surely there are many ways of reaching happiness, however from seeing the results in myself and of the people who were in my course (all really lovely and we have stayed in touch since) I’m con vinced that Vedic meditation is one of the easiest ways of getting there. So yes, Vedic meditation does work . I t really is changing my life for the better. It’s something that I look forward to practising for the rest of my life, and sharing with everyone who feels inspired by it . Cheers Will! "

"Surely there are many ways of reaching happiness, however from seeing the results in myself and of the people who were in my course (all really lovely and we have stayed in touch since) I'm convinced that Vedic meditation is one of the easiest ways of getting there. So yes, Vedic meditation does work . It really is changing my life for the better. "I started meditating in December 2014 as I was stressed at college doing A levels. I guess I needed a way to calm and manage my nerves before exams. Meditation helped me with that, enabling me to stay calm and focused. It has also helped with so many other things such as confidence, efficiency and prioritising. "

"I’ve been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who’d learned with them. I’d previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is. Not only is it simple, it’s also very powerful compared with other techniques, and so it’s incredibly effective! Will and Jess are wonderful; they both give so much of themselves, and clearly love their jobs, (they work around the clock). I came to this meditation to try and tackle anxiety, and a persistent sense of meaninglessness in life. All of the claims on the website sounded too good to be true, and I was wary of getting swindled… BUT I am so glad I decided to take the risk, in my opinion this technique is better than a lot of the stuff we have out there, which is probably why it sounds too good to be true! I can also now see how so many of our problems are connected, and so it makes sense that the meditation is able to work so holistically. I’m happy to say it’s revolutionising my life. My understanding of myself, others, and of life is growing and growing, I’m much happier, and I’m particularly loving the freedom it’s giving me to have confidence in and follow what I truly want to be doing with my life, without second-guessing myself constantly. I was also worried that starting a practice like this could somehow cause me to lose touch with my identity; but in reality I’m feeling more and more connected with myself. I went on my first retreat a few weeks ago, which was beautiful, and have just started the Exploring the Veda course, which I’m very excited about! I’d recommend Vedic meditation to absolutely everyone, to try it for themselves, and see what it can do for them. "

"Will’s Vedic Meditation course just came at the right time in my life. At the time I was not centered, didn’t know what to do with my life and felt a little lost. Then a friend recommended Will’s course and since then things have drastically changed. I am sleeping better, I feel more compassionate, I am more confident and although I still don’t know what exactly I want to do in life I know I am exactly on the right path. Jess and Will are very patient and will answer all the questions you may have especially at the beginning or later on. They have also created a great community, make sure to try out the group meditations! "

"It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Vedic Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. On top of that I became happier, more in tune with my feelings and other peoples. Much less stressed, less tired feelings, stopped drinking coffee, I lost weight, I can take lifes hiccups in my stride rather than flipping out all over the place like before. I have also chosen some new career paths since meditating so it opened up parts of my mind that were not there before and put me on a new more positive path. Total game changer and I am still getting started! "

"Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. I would like to say thank to both Will and Jess for teaching my wife and I this amazing life tool that will help us to grow even closer and deal with any of the stresses that life may throw at us. "

All my life I have wrestled with ‘peace of mind’.  My mind is a chaotic monkey mess at the best of times and I have been renowned for being rather scatter brained. Couple this with a few rough years it produced someone who always felt like he was teetering on the edge and so sought solace in a hard living, wholly unsustainable, party lifestyle.   And I was very good at it too! Along came Vedic Mediation and after two months, internally at least, I barely recognise that person anymore.   As the weeks role on I feel that the real me that has often sat in the corner cowering at the bombastic party me is slowly and confidently coming to the fore.   The calm is bliss.  The two mini holidays each day a day feel like a total luxury.  I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I’m rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily.  ‘Likes’ be damned. I actually very much like myself now.  And that is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the world. On top of that I can concentrate for hours, I’ve resumed my love of writing, stopped drinking , made peace with vexing people in my life and can pretty much organise rats at a crossroad now.    The benefits just keep popping up In the most surprising  places.  It’s an exciting journey to see what part of me is going to get better and shinier.

"During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I could feel all the chakras one by one. It was stronger than what I’ve had before with other meditations. And when it gets to the 20mins mark , I feel a fullness all over, almost as though I’ve been filled with energy and that’s when I open my eyes and know 20 mins are up.

Outside of the meditation I’ve noticed the following:
I am far more energetic and procrastinate less.

I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Communication has gotten better. And where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms. "

"When I first booked the beginners meditation course I was very excited and curious about what this new tool could offer me, so you could say I had high expectations. Well, it blew any expectations I had out of the water! I am not only talking about Vedic meditation but the aftercare and future opportunity that WWM offers. It is literally indescribable how much this can grow you as a person and where it can take you. I felt the effects of the mantra very quickly; in terms of the more obvious physical signs and behavioural changes. Physically, I noticed the tingling at the front of my forehead, a big energy boost and my heightened senses. The biggest change I have noticed (and others) behaviourally is that I am beginning to come out of my self-more and gaining a natural confidence in me and where I am going with my life. I also want to focus on what Will Williams Meditation offers you once you have learned Vedic meditation. You become part of a lifelong support group which should not be underestimated. One example is the group meditations, you can go as often or as little as you want, ask questions, hear others experiences, meet new people and have a powerful meditation session (this is particularly helpful if you have fallen off track with your meditation habit). Even if you cannot make the group meditation, WWM is there to support you at any times with any questions or queries you may have. Will is extremely busy but he is always there when needed. One more thing I would like to say in this review (I could keep going) is the endless opportunity to grow. You can learn the Vedic meditation and if you stick to it, it will 100% improve your life. However, if you are like me and want to know and learn more, WWM will certainly not let you down. There is a chance to gain more tools, knowledge and wisdom. This can lead you down a path which you may have never even knew was possible… For me, learning Vedic meditation was just the beginning of a very exciting journey I am embarking on. I cannot put into words (unfortunately) how much I would recommend WWM. If you are a bit sceptical I would very much recommend seeing what all the fuss is about! It’s a game changer and you will certainly not be let down. A massive thank you to WWM!! I have no doubt that this will keep growing and have a huge and positive impact on our world. "

"It’s been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing. I stopped smoking but had a little lapse. But I am determined to quit. Friends have said how amazing I look and two friends will sign up for the intro talk. Really good things are happening and I am loving life. "
