"I heard about Vedic meditation, and Will and Jess, through a friend who recommended I consider it for the stomach issues I’d been experiencing over the previous four years. It was some time before I actually went on the beginner’s course, by which time I’d been for a number of in-hospital procedures and come out the other side with a diagnosis of IBS in the absence of anything else. I took the course just after returning from holiday, and expected any change to be very gradual and take at least some months. I’m a statistician so I tried to not alter anything about my daily routine except to incorporate meditation into it. You can imagine my surprise when within three DAYS my stomach has calmed down! Gone was the severe stomach ache very second day, my bowel movements were the most normal they had been in years and, as an added bonus, I was sleeping better. Six months later and it’s still working. I’m almost certainly “allergic” to something as every so often my stomach kicks off but now it’s within 20 mins of eating something (I am slowly working out what the triggers(s) could be) rather than almost daily and with no relation to when I’ve eaten. I’ve been discharged from the IBS clinic, am back training for water polo as often as I was two years ago, am undertaking a longer daily cycle commute and I’ve taken up tag rugby. As well as my resolved health issues there are also a host of other benefits to the technique, I really cannot recommend it enough. On top of that Will and Jess are really approachable and fun. To be honest, I quite regret not signing up to do the course when I first heard about it. "

"I hadn’t really considered meditation in the past as I always thought that I was a bit too manic and found it difficult to switch off – I just wasn’t very Zen. Thankfully, my wife had been on the course with Will and Jess and convinced me to give it a go and I couldn’t be more grateful that she did. Meditating has really helped me to take control of my life and focus on what is important to me. "I was completely new to meditation before the course, and decided to give it a go after going through some personal issues in life, and thought “why not”. This was 3 months ago, and since then I have been meditating once to twice a day and really enjoy it.  I absolutely love getting in from work and meditating for 20 minutes, it’s so relaxing and is a great escape for the mind from the chaotic world in which we live.   I now feel more relaxed and less stressed, and feel that it helped me get through a difficult period and I now genuinely enjoy it. Will was an excellent and insightful teacher, and I felt a real sense of connection with him, and together with Jess they were brilliant hosts throughout the experience.   They definitely made me feel at ease straight away with a new topic that I was not sure and knowledgeable about beforehand, and demonstrated that it can be used in a very effective way by an everyday normal bloke like myself. "

"I can’t recommend the course highly enough & Jess in particular. She is lovely, she taught us in an informative, relaxed manner & is still now only on the other end of the phone or email if we need her! "Have now done the meditation course, the retreat and Veda1. I am blown away by it all. Jess and Will are absolutely amazing..the meditation technique is easy and very effective, the retreat just outstanding and exploring the vedas after doing the 1st one very very enlightening and promising. Will shares all his knowledge and wisdom generously and makes all the knowledge and wisdom from the ancient masters available in accessible easy to digest bite size chunks. 2 statements stick in my head Jess in her intro chat “it’s good up top here” pointing to her head and Will on the meditation course “this shit works!” I am really pleased I took the step to start this journey and after a short time am feeling really good about it all= It’s good up top here! I recommend these guys whole heartedly to anyone looking to start their journey of awareness and consciousness, with an open mind. I have total trust and faith in Will and Jess. "Around 6/7 months ago I started to suffer from severe anxiety / panic attacks. At first they were relatively infrequent but over time they became closer and closer together until I was living with constant anxiety. I was incapable of spending any time alone which in turn led to a period of very dark depression. Despite this, I was proactive about trying to get better and started searching out absolutely every treatment I could find: individual / group therapies, guided meditation, yoga, exercise and acupuncture to name a few. They all helped a small amount in the short term but more as a distraction. I was open with those around me about the way I was feeling and a very close friend suggested Vedic meditation. Obviously I jumped at the chance to try something new, took the beginners course and almost instantly began to feel better. In all honesty, meditation was the only thing that really touched the sides. As I felt the positive effects so quickly, I went on a weekend retreat which fast tracked my recovery even further. I cannot recommend meditation enough, it lifted me out of a very dark place and changed my life for the better. "

"I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations. I certainly didn’t expect Vedic Meditation to be easier than my previous practice and most of all, I didn’t think that I would see the benefits of it that quickly. I had been suffering from IBS for a number of years and symptoms disappeared straight after the course. I first thought it was a coincidence but I have been fine since I started Vedic Meditation 9 months ago. I also find myself much calmer and focused, less impacted by stress and I guess simply happier. Will and Jess (and the team) make it easier for you too. They are fantastic, giving so much of themselves and offering great support to all of us – thanks guys! "

"When I first booked the beginners meditation course I was very excited and curious about what this new tool could offer me, so you could say I had high expectations. Well, it blew any expectations I had out of the water! I am not only talking about Vedic meditation but the aftercare and future opportunity that WWM offers. It is literally indescribable how much this can grow you as a person and where it can take you. I felt the effects of the mantra very quickly; in terms of the more obvious physical signs and behavioural changes. Physically, I noticed the tingling at the front of my forehead, a big energy boost and my heightened senses. The biggest change I have noticed (and others) behaviourally is that I am beginning to come out of my self-more and gaining a natural confidence in me and where I am going with my life. I also want to focus on what Will Williams Meditation offers you once you have learned Vedic meditation. You become part of a lifelong support group which should not be underestimated. One example is the group meditations, you can go as often or as little as you want, ask questions, hear others experiences, meet new people and have a powerful meditation session (this is particularly helpful if you have fallen off track with your meditation habit). Even if you cannot make the group meditation, WWM is there to support you at any times with any questions or queries you may have. Will is extremely busy but he is always there when needed. One more thing I would like to say in this review (I could keep going) is the endless opportunity to grow. You can learn the Vedic meditation and if you stick to it, it will 100% improve your life. However, if you are like me and want to know and learn more, WWM will certainly not let you down. There is a chance to gain more tools, knowledge and wisdom. This can lead you down a path which you may have never even knew was possible… For me, learning Vedic meditation was just the beginning of a very exciting journey I am embarking on. I cannot put into words (unfortunately) how much I would recommend WWM. If you are a bit sceptical I would very much recommend seeing what all the fuss is about! It’s a game changer and you will certainly not be let down. A massive thank you to WWM!! I have no doubt that this will keep growing and have a huge and positive impact on our world. "

"Three months on, I continue to experience the benefits of Vedic Meditation. It has become a way of life for me now and has brought me into an even better place than what I was in before I started. One major improvement I’ve noticed is my eyesight! I have always been short-sighted and worn glasses. However, my eyes are now improving after regular meditation sessions, and my prescription for my eyes has almost halved! It continues to improve month my month, I wonder if I will not need glasses by the end of the year! "

"Where should I begin? I have approached Will almost 5 months ago and I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined the intro talk. After that experience I signed up for the full course the next week. I really enjoyed every single minute of the course. "I was recommended this beginners course from a dear friend and to say I have been delighted is a complete understatement! I have tried some meditation previously with very little success and just presumed that I ‘couldn’t do it’ and tat it was a bit hippy and not for me, but the techniques which you have shared with me have been transformational and I feel so excited at the possibilities and where it’s going to take me in so many areas. The delivery of the whole 3 days was exquisite and Jess was a delight to have as a teacher. She is clearly a beautiful soul both inside and out and her whole way of teaching, her sense of humour and her wonderful language made the days pass by at an exceptional speed and was a fabulous introduction and grounding to this new technique which I have now learnt and feel confident in. I cannot recommend this course highly enough for anyone who has (or even hasn’t) tried meditation previously – without all the patient additional help which Jess gave us, I’m not sure how anyone could feel confident doing this just from using a mobile app or reading a few books! It truly is an experiential course and a wonderful journey and I look forward to it being just the start of many daily meditations for me to begin on my pathway towards a much more stress free and relaxing life. "

"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn’t sure how much Jess & Will’s Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried… I was wrong! Their technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life. It was a real joy to be taught by Jess, who is so warm and patient, and clearly totally committed to Vedic meditation, but also completely approachable, so I felt I could ask any questions about the meditation without feeling self-conscious. The course totally exceeded my expectations (I had been really looking forward to it, anyway) – the classes were enjoyable, interesting, and felt very unique because we were being taught evidently a very ancient practice in such a straightforward way. As a uni student, I feel very lucky to have attended the course and to have been given these tools at my (young!) age as I can tell already that by regularly meditating, I am transforming my life 🙂 (I realise that sounds a bit extreme, but I honestly couldn’t think of a better way of expressing how powerful meditation is after learning on J&W’s course). Whether you are a total novice or experienced meditator, I urge you to book on to a beginners course here… I was also really impressed by the quality of after-care and meditation opportunities available post course – this really is a special place and way to learn meditation. "I have been doing various types of meditation on and off for a few years but most of them require too much time to fit into a daily routine. I initially thought that a meditation based on a mantra wasn’t for me but I was open to try after a friend recommended me so highly to Will Williams Meditation. And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine though on hectic/social days, it can be a bit more challenging. But the meditation makes me feel so nice (I can feel warmth around my heart) that finding the time for it is a priority for me. I prefer to meditate at home but I also do it on the tube when I am in a rush in the morning. The best conditions for meditation though are when I go to the group meditation. The energy of the group makes the meditation so lovely and powerful. And it is always nice to meet like-minded people and, for those who want, share the journey we are on. One last thing I must mention, is that the meditation would energise me after a poor night sleep and is making wonders when flying, no jet lag! "
