"I’d had IBS for about 7 years, which was getting progressively worse as time went on before I met Will. I went to one of his introductory talks and he said that the meditation he taught could not only cure IBS, but had a whole host of other awesome benefits. Just being in the same room made my stomach feel better (which was hurting at the time!) so I thought I’d take a chance. It’s been about 4 months since I started meditating using the technique Will taught me and I’ve had 1 tummy upset because I ate something bad. Anyone who suffers from IBS will understand what a miracle that is! My morning poo is one of my favourite times of day. I’ve never been so regular in my life and it’s awesome!! No more trapped wind, bloatedness, cramps….it’s magic. I had always considered myself a pretty chilled person, but there is a lot of background stress in life that I had never really noticed consciously, but was having a massive effect on my everyday life. Meditation make me feel like MC Hammer ‘stress can’t touch this!’ Will and his partner Jess are awesome. The follow up support they give after the course has been great. They genuinely seem to care how you’re getting on and if there is anything else they can help with and you can ask them any questions you have anytime. The free group meditation sessions are also really great because you can meet up with other people in the same boat and share experiences. I highly recommend it!! "

"The meditation has been working really well. I have found it easy to integrate in my daily life and I have only missed maybe 3 or 4 evening meditations which I feel is pretty good considering how busy things in my life is. The meditation is helping in many ways, some of the more obvious one are that I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements, and its having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine and also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. As a yoga practitioner and teacher for many years, and a full time massage therapist and healer, I have tried many different traditions and techniques of meditation, and for where I am at in my life right now I feel the vedic meditation is the one that has been the most effective so far, and the easiest to integrate in my life. "

"I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations. I certainly didn’t expect Vedic Meditation to be easier than my previous practice and most of all, I didn’t think that I would see the benefits of it that quickly. I had been suffering from IBS for a number of years and symptoms disappeared straight after the course. I first thought it was a coincidence but I have been fine since I started Vedic Meditation 9 months ago. I also find myself much calmer and focused, less impacted by stress and I guess simply happier. Will and Jess (and the team) make it easier for you too. They are fantastic, giving so much of themselves and offering great support to all of us – thanks guys! "

"When I first met Will and Jess – I really didn’t know what to expect. A friend of mine had recommended meditation to help re-align my nervous system after the terrible emotional time I have had over the past few months with the death of a much loved family member and a stressful job. I was rather sceptical at first but I have kept an open mind throughout the process and so far have been pleasantly surprised. In less than a week, I am sleeping better than I have for a very long time, my skin is glowing, my tummy has flattened as my digestive system seems to have sped up and best of all, I am not getting as stressed out as I used to at work over daily little upsets – they just wash over me now. I’m kicking myself. Why didn’t I try this years ago! "

"Learning Vedic meditation has had a profound impact on my life, health and wellbeing. I’m calmer, less stressed and my digestive issues have disappeared. I’m also more productive, inspired and creative in the work I do, which has helped me enormously with setting up my own business. Less rattled by the events that life throws at me, life is somewhat smoother and a lot brighter! Although I saw some of the benefits soon after learning to meditate, a year on from learning, I feel the magic really happens when you deepen into your daily practice. "During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I could feel all the chakras one by one. It was stronger than what I’ve had before with other meditations. And when it gets to the 20mins mark , I feel a fullness all over, almost as though I’ve been filled with energy and that’s when I open my eyes and know 20 mins are up.

Outside of the meditation I’ve noticed the following:
I am far more energetic and procrastinate less.

I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Communication has gotten better. And where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms. "
