"I’ve been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will’s introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years Eloquently guiding us through the course , Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He lead s you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I’ve had some of my best night’s sleep in years and it feels fabulous. I should also mentionthat this has been an invaluable tool in my recovery  from alcoholism. For years I’ve been struggling to  stay of the drink for concerted periods of time, but the more I do this, the more I feel at complete ease and don’t feel compelled to hit the self destruct button. And contrary to previous practice , I haven’t missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Vedic and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. One of the chaps on the course I was with went to one last month and said it was immense! "

"Firstly I would like to note that Will is an excellent teacher; I found the Vedic technique easy to learn and use. I also think his knowledge about meditation is impressive, and I enjoy the fact that he is engaged with both ancient teachings and modern scientific findings. I have also been delighted by the continuing support and sense of community offered. I think this is a really important part of meditation, and Will and Jess deliver it with great kindness, warmth and fun. They are both approachable and lovely people. Vedic meditation has been a wonderful addition to my life. I feel that some of the most pronounced positive changes include: being able to sleep properly again; various phobias disappearing (e.g. embarrassingly, I used to be very afraid of pigeons, and now I can practically let them perch on my foot); I panic less, and feel less anxious; I feel more balanced, and calm; I have less desire to drink alcohol and have given up smoking; I feel more compassionate; I find it easier to be friendly and congruent between different groups of people. I’m sure there are more (and more to come), but having just meditated before writing this, I would also note that when my head is feeling really frazzled from work, stressful situations, fatigue or illness, meditating clears my mind, calms me, grounds me, and makes me feel more energised. I have tried other forms of meditation, and I don’t want to put them down in any way, but I have found that Vedic meditation is the easiest to learn and incorporate into daily life, and has the most pronounced benefits. "

"I have taken this course over two months ago. My main issue was that I couldn’t sleep and was feeling quite stressed out and drained. Always on the go, juggling work, exercise, social events, travels and I have been suffering from on and off insomnia for years. I reached a point when I was feeling exhausted, I had enough and came across this technique while browsing online. I went to a free talk and met Will, and I was sold! After a week of meditating twice a day, I was sleeping like a log! I couldn’t believe it! I now feel very relaxed, connected and totally stress free which is an amazing experience. Life no longer feels like a struggle but a more like a great adventure. As weeks went on, meditating started giving me more clarity about my life and myself and I am now starting a new career. I am starting my studies again, that was definitely not the plan 3 months ago! I am literally flying and feel unstoppable and I never felt so clear, confident that this is what I was meant to do, there is no more room for doubts. My relationships with colleagues, friends and family have totally improved; I feel an extraordinary connection and catch myself engaging with strangers everywhere I go! "I have been mediating for about 2 months and since doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in the levels of stress that I feel on a daily basis. I really look forward to sitting down to do them as they help me to feel more balanced than I ever have. I have battled with an eating disorder for 5 years and although I have managed to make progress alone, the meditation has enabled me, almost immediately, to think in a much more rational way, helping me to cope with all the things that used to trigger my self destructive behaviours. Other coping mechanisms such as smoking and drinking have also been a problem for me and I have watched in a very short space of time, my need for those things, diminish. It’s truly amazing and I feel high on life alone, a complete and utter blessing and something a lot of people around me, never managed to do. The change has enabled me to feel a sense of freedom in my life that I have been searching for, for a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try.
