"Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on ‘quick fixes’ – almost always involving pharmaceuticals – to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia. 3 weeks ago, following a very bad insomnia crisis which was going on for several weeks, I decided to change my strategy and see if I could tackle these issues from a completely different perspective – I needed to find a way to ‘calm my mind’. I came across Will’s meditation website and after reading a few of the reviews, I signed myself for a free intro talk. I have to admit, up until then, I considered myself a rather skeptical/cynical person, perhaps due to my science/medical background, but after attending the free talk, it didn’t take me long to leave my skepticism behind and book myself to a 3 day course starting the day after. The way the course was conducted, particularly the way every question was explained, really appealed to me. Every word had a meaning and one that made absolute sense! The group discussions were very engaging and I feel I could relate a lot to what was being discussed. From the day I started meditated, my sleep improved dramatically. I have now been meditating for just over 2 weeks and I feel a much more positive, less anxious and happier person. Will and his team are so lovely and very approachable. The support provided after the course is again exceptional. I have been attending group meditation sessions on a weekly basis which I find them rather special: great energy and you have the opportunity to meet amazing people and hear their journey/share experiences. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A life changer! "

"I’ve been meditating for 20 months now and find it an incredible tool for enjoying a better quality of life. After my morning meditation I feel ready to take on the day with an increased sense of energy. Often ideas come to me during my meditation, that enable me to be better at my job and tackle life differently. My relationships have improved and I feel happier in myself. The technique is simple to learn, effortless to practice and easy to do anywhere. I regularly meditate on the train and find it easy to fit into my hectic lifestyle. The course is great and group meditations amazing. Both Will and Jess are excellent, very knowledgeable and provide ongoing support as part of the package, long after the course had ended. I haven’t looked back and would thoroughly recommend learning this technique. "

"When I first booked the beginners meditation course I was very excited and curious about what this new tool could offer me, so you could say I had high expectations. Well, it blew any expectations I had out of the water! I am not only talking about Vedic meditation but the aftercare and future opportunity that WWM offers. It is literally indescribable how much this can grow you as a person and where it can take you. I felt the effects of the mantra very quickly; in terms of the more obvious physical signs and behavioural changes. Physically, I noticed the tingling at the front of my forehead, a big energy boost and my heightened senses. The biggest change I have noticed (and others) behaviourally is that I am beginning to come out of my self-more and gaining a natural confidence in me and where I am going with my life. I also want to focus on what Will Williams Meditation offers you once you have learned Vedic meditation. You become part of a lifelong support group which should not be underestimated. One example is the group meditations, you can go as often or as little as you want, ask questions, hear others experiences, meet new people and have a powerful meditation session (this is particularly helpful if you have fallen off track with your meditation habit). Even if you cannot make the group meditation, WWM is there to support you at any times with any questions or queries you may have. Will is extremely busy but he is always there when needed. One more thing I would like to say in this review (I could keep going) is the endless opportunity to grow. You can learn the Vedic meditation and if you stick to it, it will 100% improve your life. However, if you are like me and want to know and learn more, WWM will certainly not let you down. There is a chance to gain more tools, knowledge and wisdom. This can lead you down a path which you may have never even knew was possible… For me, learning Vedic meditation was just the beginning of a very exciting journey I am embarking on. I cannot put into words (unfortunately) how much I would recommend WWM. If you are a bit sceptical I would very much recommend seeing what all the fuss is about! It’s a game changer and you will certainly not be let down. A massive thank you to WWM!! I have no doubt that this will keep growing and have a huge and positive impact on our world. "

"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn’t sure how much Jess & Will’s Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried… I was wrong! Their technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life. It was a real joy to be taught by Jess, who is so warm and patient, and clearly totally committed to Vedic meditation, but also completely approachable, so I felt I could ask any questions about the meditation without feeling self-conscious. The course totally exceeded my expectations (I had been really looking forward to it, anyway) – the classes were enjoyable, interesting, and felt very unique because we were being taught evidently a very ancient practice in such a straightforward way. As a uni student, I feel very lucky to have attended the course and to have been given these tools at my (young!) age as I can tell already that by regularly meditating, I am transforming my life 🙂 (I realise that sounds a bit extreme, but I honestly couldn’t think of a better way of expressing how powerful meditation is after learning on J&W’s course). Whether you are a total novice or experienced meditator, I urge you to book on to a beginners course here… I was also really impressed by the quality of after-care and meditation opportunities available post course – this really is a special place and way to learn meditation. "Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not ‘rushing’ through it or being impatient with time. Had a very productive morning and arrived at work half hour earlier feeling calm – normally I get there just at the nick of time. "
