"I’d had IBS for about 7 years, which was getting progressively worse as time went on before I met Will. I went to one of his introductory talks and he said that the meditation he taught could not only cure IBS, but had a whole host of other awesome benefits. Just being in the same room made my stomach feel better (which was hurting at the time!) so I thought I’d take a chance. It’s been about 4 months since I started meditating using the technique Will taught me and I’ve had 1 tummy upset because I ate something bad. Anyone who suffers from IBS will understand what a miracle that is! My morning poo is one of my favourite times of day. I’ve never been so regular in my life and it’s awesome!! No more trapped wind, bloatedness, cramps….it’s magic. I had always considered myself a pretty chilled person, but there is a lot of background stress in life that I had never really noticed consciously, but was having a massive effect on my everyday life. Meditation make me feel like MC Hammer ‘stress can’t touch this!’ Will and his partner Jess are awesome. The follow up support they give after the course has been great. They genuinely seem to care how you’re getting on and if there is anything else they can help with and you can ask them any questions you have anytime. The free group meditation sessions are also really great because you can meet up with other people in the same boat and share experiences. I highly recommend it!! "

"Learning Vedic meditation has had a profound impact on my life, health and wellbeing. I’m calmer, less stressed and my digestive issues have disappeared. I’m also more productive, inspired and creative in the work I do, which has helped me enormously with setting up my own business. Less rattled by the events that life throws at me, life is somewhat smoother and a lot brighter! Although I saw some of the benefits soon after learning to meditate, a year on from learning, I feel the magic really happens when you deepen into your daily practice. Attending the meditation retreats and Vedic knowledge courses with Will has therefore been particularly beneficial and enjoyable, as well as providing a wonderful opportunity to share the experience with others. I’d encourage anyone to learn to meditate given the wide reaching benefits, many substantiated by scientific medical research. Several friends have learnt with Will since observing the changes they’ve seen in me as a result, so if you’re thinking about it, 100% give it a go! "

"I heard about Vedic meditation, and Will and Jess, through a friend who recommended I consider it for the stomach issues I’d been experiencing over the previous four years. It was some time before I actually went on the beginner’s course, by which time I’d been for a number of in-hospital procedures and come out the other side with a diagnosis of IBS in the absence of anything else. I took the course just after returning from holiday, and expected any change to be very gradual and take at least some months. I’m a statistician so I tried to not alter anything about my daily routine except to incorporate meditation into it. You can imagine my surprise when within three DAYS my stomach has calmed down! Gone was the severe stomach ache very second day, my bowel movements were the most normal they had been in years and, as an added bonus, I was sleeping better. Six months later and it’s still working. I’m almost certainly “allergic” to something as every so often my stomach kicks off but now it’s within 20 mins of eating something (I am slowly working out what the triggers(s) could be) rather than almost daily and with no relation to when I’ve eaten. I’ve been discharged from the IBS clinic, am back training for water polo as often as I was two years ago, am undertaking a longer daily cycle commute and I’ve taken up tag rugby. As well as my resolved health issues there are also a host of other benefits to the technique, I really cannot recommend it enough. On top of that Will and Jess are really approachable and fun. To be honest, I quite regret not signing up to do the course when I first heard about it. "

"I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations. I certainly didn’t expect Vedic Meditation to be easier than my previous practice and most of all, I didn’t think that I would see the benefits of it that quickly. I had been suffering from IBS for a number of years and symptoms disappeared straight after the course. I first thought it was a coincidence but I have been fine since I started Vedic Meditation 9 months ago. I also find myself much calmer and focused, less impacted by stress and I guess simply happier. Will and Jess (and the team) make it easier for you too. They are fantastic, giving so much of themselves and offering great support to all of us – thanks guys! "
