He has such a depth of knowledge and understanding of meditation and Vedic wisdom that he shares with his students and he combines this beautifully with passion and gentleness. I particularly enjoy going along to the free group meditations which they provide once you’ve completed your course. Will talks to each member of the group and listens carefully to our stories – what has worked, what hasn’t worked, and he is fantastic at addressing all of our questions and concerns. He offers suggestions and practical advice to help guide us to ever more fulfilling experiences, both within the meditation and outside of it. We always finish with a group meditation which is powerful stuff! "Since learning this technique of mediation (after trying many other styles of meditation over the years) I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever give this one up! I find it easy to keep up with, fits in around a hectic busy life and has brought so many positive changes for me. More energy, clarity, less reactivity when under pressure at work and overall an amazing vibe to life has occurred. The teaching is brilliant with Will offering his deep knowledge in a realistic and understandable way. Also the ongoing support from the whole team who are on hand by email or phone really made this course stand out for me, knowing they are their for any queries that might pop up, stands out so much from other meditation courses and you feel they really do care how their students progress. Finally love the meditation community (group medtations) which allows for a chance to chat with fellow mediators and also again bring up any questions and pick up tips from Will & Jess. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. if you really do want those positive life changes you’re looking for then this is the course for you! "

"This is totally unlike any other meditation I’ve done before. Its so much easier than anything else I’ve tried, and i’ve done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it. I especially like the fact that you’re not forced to think in any kind of way, this just allows you to be. It’s easy, it’s really relaxing and you feel absolutely top notch after every meditation. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Even if you think you’ve tried lots of meditation in the past. Try this and I bet you it will exceed your expectations. "

"I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations. I certainly didn’t expect Vedic Meditation to be easier than my previous practice and most of all, I didn’t think that I would see the benefits of it that quickly. I had been suffering from IBS for a number of years and symptoms disappeared straight after the course. I first thought it was a coincidence but I have been fine since I started Vedic Meditation 9 months ago. I also find myself much calmer and focused, less impacted by stress and I guess simply happier. Will and Jess (and the team) make it easier for you too. They are fantastic, giving so much of themselves and offering great support to all of us – thanks guys! "

"I loved loved loved Will’s beginners meditation course. I came away super motivated to practice twice a day every day without fail, and so far its worked brilliantly 🙂 I had been practicing mantra meditation for about a year using a brain entrainment programme called Lifeflow meditation. It consisted of listening to audio tracks designed to affect our brain wave patterns. Over the weekend that I learned Vedic meditation I realized that I had been missing out certain essential things from my meditation practice and it was also obvious that this new mantra was way more effective that the one I got online. On the third night of the course I slept deeply and completely for most of the night which is a new experience for me. My sleep patterns for the last 15 years have been broken; I have been used to waking up repeatedly during the night every night. Each night since the course I have had the same deep sleep for around 6 hours and then light sleeping for whatever time I have left in the morning. Even though I was previously able to fall back to sleep quickly, now that my sleep pattern has changed so dramatically for the better, I realize how much I was missing of the deep sleep phases of the sleep cycle. On those occasions when I have had some negative emotional experience in life, instead of my usual reaction where I try and escape into a film or something, I simply felt that it was ok to feel these things and it no longer caused me any agitation! I have also noticed that my awareness of other people has increased. I am noticing people’s facial expressions are more animated than I ever realized. During my meditation I have noticed that I tend to wave into and out of a deep state between 1 and 4 times in each meditation, which is exactly what Will said would happen in the course. I find that the practice feels more beneficial when I hear the mantra as a deep guttural sound instead of the lighter, more high pitched sound that my previous mantra took on. This seems more primordial somehow. During the meditation I have felt occasional waves of something familiar, feelings that I recognize from my past but that I haven’t been able to access to for a very long time. Feelings such as freedom and wonder and hopefulness, feelings that feel like they’re hovering about me waiting for me to remember. I feel like I have been looking for diamonds all over the place, I am slowly remembering that I need only to look inward to find them. "

"I have been practicing different types of meditation for the past 2 years and was very interested to learn Vedic meditation. I was hoping to get some general well-being benefits some time down the line and did not expect that it would totally rock my world! The very next day I started waking up before my alarm and now I wake up around 6 am every morning. I have been getting enough sleep every night due to deep rest during meditation. I also found that it is a lot easier to get into the meditative state while practicing Vedic mediation compared to mindfulness, awareness and Kriya… I find meditation incredibly rewarding, I have not skipped a single one. On the contrary, I look forward to practicing every morning and evening. An interesting thing happened just 4 daysafter I have learned it. I run a half marathon (which I have only done 3 times prior). The last one was 4 months ago and because of the summer holidays I pretty much did not train for this race. I run 14 mins faster thanmy last race and was really surprised with the result! Since I have learned I have a lot more energy throughout the day and feeling so upbeat I have gone through my long to-do list and now working on projects I have started and never finished long time ago. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I just wish everybody had a chance to learn this, it’s truly a miracle! Will and Jess are so lovely and knowledgeable, they will help and guide you through any challenges you have. "

"In the beginning of September I was browsing Internet, searching for some other kind of meditation, when the website of Will popped up. What I read reminded me a conversation years ago, someone telling me about the POWER OF THE SOUND. Still hesitant, I signed up at the last possible moment. I’m deeply grateful to the Force that made me go for it. For the past 8 years I was involved in deep spiritual studies, wanted to know how life works. I’m aware of my weak points, and while what I learned is valuable, I was not able to make the necessary changes inside and out. Two weeks into Vedic meditation ….. And much to my shock, I decided to drop what I was practicing. I felt like a white piece of paper. Light …. Now one month have past since my first meditation….. I haven’t had a down moment:-) I just wake up every morning and realize that a certain pattern or belief I had is no longer there. For example, I wasn’t able to say ” no” , just to make people happy, I would end up with overlapping meetings. Now I take my time and I stand my ground. I started working on my passion, I feel much more connected to myself. I trust my decisions. I used to beet myself up not only for what I perceived as my mistakes, but for other people’s too. Now I’m relaxed, let go of control. I feel some kind of power building up in me. My trust in the Divine Force is higher and higher. I’m happy, light and flowing. Guys, I can go on and on. I have tried many things, nothing has done so many profound changes in such a short time. And the best part….. IT’S EFFORTLESS. I don’t even think of what I want any more. I just joyfully do my 20 mins morning and evening. Everything happens by itself, and goes wherever you need it most, you just observe. I still have a long way to go and I’m excited. Will and Jess…… Nothing I say would be enough. They just radiate warmth, love and care. How can you not love them back? It’s contagious 🙂 imagine when this love spreads around …….   "

Then I started a conversation with a guy in Sydney who suggested that I go and see Will. So, I left work early, and asking myself just what I thought I was doing with every step I took, eventually arrived at Will’s place. That was a year ago now. Since then regular practice has brought significant changes in every aspect of my life. There is more clarity, more space for empathy, more delight in the world. "Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn’t sure how much Jess & Will’s Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried… I was wrong! Their technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life. It was a real joy to be taught by Jess, who is so warm and patient, and clearly totally committed to Vedic meditation, but also completely approachable, so I felt I could ask any questions about the meditation without feeling self-conscious. The course totally exceeded my expectations (I had been really looking forward to it, anyway) – the classes were enjoyable, interesting, and felt very unique because we were being taught evidently a very ancient practice in such a straightforward way. As a uni student, I feel very lucky to have attended the course and to have been given these tools at my (young!) age as I can tell already that by regularly meditating, I am transforming my life 🙂 (I realise that sounds a bit extreme, but I honestly couldn’t think of a better way of expressing how powerful meditation is after learning on J&W’s course). Whether you are a total novice or experienced meditator, I urge you to book on to a beginners course here… I was also really impressed by the quality of after-care and meditation opportunities available post course – this really is a special place and way to learn meditation. "I attended Will’s beginner’s Meditation Course in October 2013 and have not looked back since. Will and I met at just the right time in my life. I have a relatively stressful job and was finding it increasingly harder to manage my day and was getting quite worked up. I needed something to help me take my mind off things and to try to relax a bit more. Having spent a weekend learning with Will, I now have the tools I need to concentrate more, to relax and not get so stressed over the little things in life. I have a new outlook on life. I can notice a big difference in myself and others around me have said it to me too. Vedic mediation is so easy, I don’t know why I hadn’t tried it sooner. I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and “mindfulness”. None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. "Having done many years of yoga, mindfulness and other guided meditation techniques , I came across this website and felt like I wanted to try a new style of meditation to see if it could deliver . Once I completed the course I started practising for 20 minutes twice a day as suggested, repeating this simple little mantra that Will gave me. All I can say is wow ! What a difference this has made to my life!! I had felt a long yearning to alter my path in life but I didn’t really know how to accomplish that change , until now. Vedic meditation has brought a clarity to my thinking, a different perspective on life and it has delivered a sense of calm, peace of mind, and a tangible sense of oneness with my myself and the world I now feel a part of. These days, the pace of life seems so fast and just so full of ‘stuff’ that investing 20 mins twice a day may seem a little daunting at first. Having tried counselling, hypnotherapy and other forms of meditation, I can say that Vedic meditation is the one which has been life-changing for me. For the first time in my life, I can sleep and think calmly before reacting to circumstances.

Unlike other forms of meditation, Vedic meditation does not require to free your mind of all thoughts but to simply let those thoughts flow over you while concentrating on a mantra and in time, those thoughts become all but a distant murmur in the background.
Thanks to this wonderful technique, meditation has become an intrinsic part of my life, without which I could not survive the daily stresses and troubles of life and wonder how I ever managed before.

"I’ve been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will’s introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years Eloquently guiding us through the course , Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He lead s you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I’ve had some of my best night’s sleep in years and it feels fabulous. I should also mentionthat this has been an invaluable tool in my recovery  from alcoholism. For years I’ve been struggling to  stay of the drink for concerted periods of time, but the more I do this, the more I feel at complete ease and don’t feel compelled to hit the self destruct button. And contrary to previous practice , I haven’t missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Vedic and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. One of the chaps on the course I was with went to one last month and said it was immense! "

"I attended a 4 session course in April, and my objectives were to become a bit more relaxed and to improve my sleep problems, which were considerable. Will teaches the meditation in a way that is really straight forward to follow and I have completed the morning & evening meditations probably 99% of times over the 6 months since. I never would have guessed that I would keep it up so diligently but I have to admit I really rather love it! After about 2 months it dawned on me that I had been sleeping so much better, bit by bit, every week it had been getting better. Now I get a good 7 hours sleep most nights, only waking for a very short period probably once a night. I have even found the light mornings of summertime don’t worry me now, as they used to, which is such a relief. I am also much more relaxed. In the past I tried mindfulness meditation, but I found trying to keep my mind clear of thoughts was impossible and it led me to feelings of failure & a longing for the session to be over. It nearly put me off meditation completely but I thought I’d give it one more go and chanced upon Will’s site. I have found that Vedic meditation is much easier to practice and I actually look forward to the 20 minutes morning & evening and see them as one of the highlights of my day. The group meditations that you have access to after you have learned are amazing. It’s difficult to articulate the relaxation & satisfaction that comes every time you do one. I look on the meditation from a scientific point of view and not a spiritual one, and I have been really pleased with the results so far and I actually cannot wait to take it to the next level on a retreat, I am really intrigued by how good this is!
