"I just wanted to say a very warm thank you to both you and Jess for this weekend. I really had no idea that it would make such an impact on me. I came into work this morning and I feel like a totally different person. About 5 people have come up to me today to ask me if I’d been on holiday as I look like I am glowing (apparently!). How freaky is that?! I woke up at 6.30am this morning to do my first meditation of the day. I NEVER wake up at 6.30am for anything other than skiing. But I got up, pottered around for a bit and did my first meditation. Came into work this morning (I was early for the first time in 7 years) feeling happy and positive. This is so far away from how I have been feeling for the last 4 months, that I hardly recognise myself. If this is what Vedic meditation does for me after only 3 days, I am telling you now that you have a lifelong convert on your hands! Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. Feeling slightly emotional as I write this as I didn’t realise how much I needed it. I introduced Tim to it thinking that he needed it but as it turns out, I have needed this as much as he did. "

"When you have tried everything to battle anxiety and depression for more than 10 years and nothing has worked yet, you easy got the feeling to throw in the towel and ask yourself what is the life for. I was in that point… I wasn’t happy, I wasn’t living, I was just existing. Life was pointless, nothing to be excited for; even friends, family or boyfriend could ever cheer me up. But I’m a fighter, and I don’t throw towels anywhere. So as I’ve been doing for the last ten years I woke up one day and browsing in google for ‘miracle treatment to beat anxiety and panic atacks’ I’ve found on the top of the list Will Williams Meditation. I had to check it out, had to attend one of the free Intro talks. And here I were: Finally met someone who cares about people and cares about happiness. Will and Jess. Jess and Will. The perfect match, the perfect answer for my question. They introduced to me the power of daily meditation. Soon after practising for first time I felt lighter, happier, full of purpose, full of life. Life is a bumpy ride, overwhelming most of the times, but with the meditation you are strong enough to go through. "Life is a bumpy ride, overwhelming most of the times, but with the meditation you are strong enough to go through. "My friend Mat had been doing this meditation for a long time and kept telling me I should do it, but for some reason I just couldn’t understand how it worked or how it could be good for me. Having finally decided to take the course, I can genuinely say that Will really did change my life. Initially, nothing immediate or that profound arose, but over time I am seeing my considerable positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is much clearer and I am way, way happier. The reason I came to Will was because I had recently been diagnosed with something called Meniere’s disease, a condition that is apparently related to stress and lifestyle issues. Since I’ve been meditating twice a day, I am no longer feeling many of the effects of the condition. It hasn’t gone away entirely but I now feel I have an ability to control situations again. I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. I am recommending Will’s technique to everyone who I speak to. There are loads of people around me who are asking why I am so positive and chilled out lately, and I find myself recommending Will’s technique to everyone who asks. "Despite years of yoga practice and numerous mindfulness meditation techniques a stroke left me feeling overwhelmed, anxious and fearful. A friend from Sydney recommended Vedic Meditation so after some research I attended an intro talk with Will who was articulate and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. He communicated the simplicity of the technique whilst backing it with firm scientific research. I knew this was exactly what I had been looking for. Since the course I have gained a new level of calmness, clarity and balance. My focus has improved, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I’m so much happier in all aspects of my life. I came to Vedic meditation because I had a condition which caused me a lot of pain and was on medication which had side effects I would rather have avoided. Within a short time of learning, the pain cleared and I was able to come off the medication and I haven’t been on it since. I was a real relief. Vedic meditation has had a positive effect on all aspects of my life. I have realised that I was suffering from chronic stress which was affecting the way I lived and experienced life. Things are different since i have learned – much easier and enjoyable. Everyday I meditate I know it’s going to be a good day.
