"I started meditating in December 2014 as I was stressed at college doing A levels. I guess I needed a way to calm and manage my nerves before exams. "I know Will and decided to try out his meditation class as I had heard so many good reports about his teaching techniques, this was despite my being sceptical and thinking it would involve sitting cross legged and chanting. All I can say is that what I had heard was so true, he is a wonderful teacher and there is no chanting or sitting cross legged, in fact you can do this type of meditation practically anywhere at any time. I had a great experience and learned so much about myself and how my body and mind can react in ways I had not considered due to the process of chemicals and adrenalin that can be ignited in certain situations. It has really helped me as a person and in the way in which I communicate with friends and family. Also my colleagues in the work place say they have noticed a positive difference in the way I interact with them in my role as CEO. I know I have seen positive responses from my work colleagues in return and that makes for a happier and more efficient work place and can only help the business improve. "I am very grateful to discover Vedic Meditation through a talk which Will did at our University. Initially, I actually went to the session with an intention of doing a meditation session as I didn’t realise until later that it was an introductory talk only. I found Will’s talk very interesting, positive and just seeing Will’s passion about it and all the benefits that this type of meditation brings, I really wanted to learn more and so I decided to sign up for the intensive weekend course. Also, for some time I have been looking for a kind of meditation which I can easily incorporate into my daily routine and be consistent with (as I’ve tried a few) and until now I haven’t found one. I really enjoyed the intensive weekend course with Will, who is very knowledgeable and a great teacher, we learned how to mediate, discovered a lot of interesting information about how the mind works and the benefits of the meditation, and it was very interesting and re-assuring to see that the group seemed to experience similar sensations during and after the early days of the Vedic meditation. Today, it’s been over 3 weeks since I started the meditation but so far it’s been positive and I am really enjoying. I actually look forward to doing the meditation (first thing in the morning) and then just before I go home after work (as I was lucky to discover a little meditation room at our Regent Street building). Especially the afternoon session feels really nice, my tension headache goes away, and I go home feeling nice and not so tired. It feels like a reward to me for a busy day’s work. I noticed that I am more productive at work, more focused and generally I feel less stressed. It’s still early days but so far it has been a definitely very positive experience and I am looking forward to the future with Vedic meditation. I am very grateful to Will and for incorporating the Vedic meditation into my life. It’s so easy to include it in a daily routine and now I do it so automatically that it doesn’t feel like I have to force myself to do it or struggle to find a time, as it just became a part of my everyday life. I fully recommend! "

"I have been practicing different types of meditation for the past 2 years and was very interested to learn Vedic meditation. I was hoping to get some general well-being benefits some time down the line and did not expect that it would totally rock my world! The very next day I started waking up before my alarm and now I wake up around 6 am every morning. I have been getting enough sleep every night due to deep rest during meditation. I also found that it is a lot easier to get into the meditative state while practicing Vedic mediation compared to mindfulness, awareness and Kriya… I find meditation incredibly rewarding, I have not skipped a single one. On the contrary, I look forward to practicing every morning and evening. An interesting thing happened just 4 daysafter I have learned it. I run a half marathon (which I have only done 3 times prior). The last one was 4 months ago and because of the summer holidays I pretty much did not train for this race. I run 14 mins faster thanmy last race and was really surprised with the result! Since I have learned I have a lot more energy throughout the day and feeling so upbeat I have gone through my long to-do list and now working on projects I have started and never finished long time ago. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I just wish everybody had a chance to learn this, it’s truly a miracle! Will and Jess are so lovely and knowledgeable, they will help and guide you through any challenges you have. "

"Learning Vedic meditation has had a profound impact on my life, health and wellbeing. I’m calmer, less stressed and my digestive issues have disappeared. "I attended Will’s beginner’s Meditation Course in October 2013 and have not looked back since. Will and I met at just the right time in my life. I have a relatively stressful job and was finding it increasingly harder to manage my day and was getting quite worked up. I needed something to help me take my mind off things and to try to relax a bit more. Having spent a weekend learning with Will, I now have the tools I need to concentrate more, to relax and not get so stressed over the little things in life. I have a new outlook on life. I can notice a big difference in myself and others around me have said it to me too. Vedic mediation is so easy, I don’t know why I hadn’t tried it sooner. I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and “mindfulness”. None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the “gospel according to Will” to friends and family members. "Vedic meditation is such a beautiful practice. I am already feeling so many wonderful benefits, even after only a few weeks. It completely revitalises and energises me, so no more obligatory morning espressos! My sleep is now more peaceful and I wake in the mornings utterly refreshed. I have more energy, more motivation and I concentrate better at work. I also inadvertently discovered its a great hangover cure! (if another reason was needed!) The practice has also integrated into my life so effortlessly, despite the fact I am juggling the final year of my degree, working and a whole load of other life commitments! It’s just that easy! Also, you want to do it every day because it gives you something a lot of us in the ultra busy modern world are lacking- time for ourselves. This has been the best thing personally- the meditation has created a space for me to just be. Will is fantastic teacher. "Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. "I met Will Williams in January 2014 having learned in Sydney a year previously. I was looking for a Vedic meditation group I could join for group meditations. I was immediately impressed by Will’s friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he’d actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with lookng after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents 🙂 I always feel extremely welcome at Will’s group meditations, it’s actually where I’ve had some of my most profound meditations. As a result, I recently took the advanced course and that has taken things to a whole new level. It feels that all my inner talents are coming to the fore and my creativity (I’m a designer) has rocketed. I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. I no longer get nervous when I am presenting my ideas and I no longer feel wounded or rejected if they don’t get picked up. "I heard about Vedic meditation, and Will and Jess, through a friend who recommended I consider it for the stomach issues I’d been experiencing over the previous four years. It was some time before I actually went on the beginner’s course, by which time I’d been for a number of in-hospital procedures and come out the other side with a diagnosis of IBS in the absence of anything else. I took the course just after returning from holiday, and expected any change to be very gradual and take at least some months. I’m a statistician so I tried to not alter anything about my daily routine except to incorporate meditation into it. You can imagine my surprise when within three DAYS my stomach has calmed down! Gone was the severe stomach ache very second day, my bowel movements were the most normal they had been in years and, as an added bonus, I was sleeping better. Six months later and it’s still working. I’m almost certainly “allergic” to something as every so often my stomach kicks off but now it’s within 20 mins of eating something (I am slowly working out what the triggers(s) could be) rather than almost daily and with no relation to when I’ve eaten. I’ve been discharged from the IBS clinic, am back training for water polo as often as I was two years ago, am undertaking a longer daily cycle commute and I’ve taken up tag rugby. As well as my resolved health issues there are also a host of other benefits to the technique, I really cannot recommend it enough. On top of that Will and Jess are really approachable and fun. To be honest, I quite regret not signing up to do the course when I first heard about it. "

"I have been joining the meditation classes and group events are an absolute joy and refresher for mind and soul. The classes helped me to get a more balanced, joyful and calm life and feel less stressed and more in control in private and business life. Additionally I really love the regular group meditations and check-ins as well as events like movie and music nights. I have tried many different meditations in the last 10 years and what I appreciate about this Vedic meditation is not only it’s central location in central London and Victoria but also the way it’s presented and taught – without dogma or the spiritual or religious flavour many meditations come with. Will has a very unique, friendly style and a strong focus on scientific and data-based argumentation when he talks about the benefits of meditation. "The classes helped me to get a more balanced, joyful and calm life and feel less stressed and more in control in private and business life. Additionally I really love the regular group meditations and check-ins as well as events like movie and music nights. I have tried many different meditations in the last 10 years and what I appreciate about this Vedic meditation is the way it's presented and taught - without dogma or the spiritual or religious flavour many meditations come with.
