"It’s been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing. I stopped smoking but had a little lapse. But I am determined to quit. Friends have said how amazing I look and two friends will sign up for the intro talk. Really good things are happening and I am loving life. "

"My friend Mat had been doing this meditation for a long time and kept telling me I should do it, but for some reason I just couldn’t understand how it worked or how it could be good for me. Having finally decided to take the course, I can genuinely say that Will really did change my life. Initially, nothing immediate or that profound arose, but over time I am seeing my considerable positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is much clearer and I am way, way happier. The reason I came to Will was because I had recently been diagnosed with something called Meniere’s disease, a condition that is apparently related to stress and lifestyle issues. Since I’ve been meditating twice a day, I am no longer feeling many of the effects of the condition. It hasn’t gone away entirely but I now feel I have an ability to control situations again. I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. I am recommending Will’s technique to everyone who I speak to. There are loads of people around me who are asking why I am so positive and chilled out lately, and I find myself recommending Will’s technique to everyone who asks. "I just wanted to say a very warm thank you to both you and Jess for this weekend. I really had no idea that it would make such an impact on me. I came into work this morning and I feel like a totally different person. About 5 people have come up to me today to ask me if I’d been on holiday as I look like I am glowing (apparently!). How freaky is that?! I woke up at 6.30am this morning to do my first meditation of the day. I NEVER wake up at 6.30am for anything other than skiing. But I got up, pottered around for a bit and did my first meditation. Came into work this morning (I was early for the first time in 7 years) feeling happy and positive. This is so far away from how I have been feeling for the last 4 months, that I hardly recognise myself. If this is what Vedic meditation does for me after only 3 days, I am telling you now that you have a lifelong convert on your hands! Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. Feeling slightly emotional as I write this as I didn’t realise how much I needed it. I introduced Tim to it thinking that he needed it but as it turns out, I have needed this as much as he did. "

"My life can be divided into two parts: My life before I started meditating , and my life starting after. After is better. Much better. I learned Vedic meditation with Will 8 months ago and it has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. The benefits started very quickly once I began meditating and I can feel the changes continuing to come with each passing month. My c onfidence is much, much higher, and I now have real sense of exactly who I am. I have also found that since practising this technique I feel much happier. And isn’t that really what we’re all looking for? Surely there are many ways of reaching happiness, however from seeing the results in myself and of the people who were in my course (all really lovely and we have stayed in touch since) I’m con vinced that Vedic meditation is one of the easiest ways of getting there. So yes, Vedic meditation does work . I t really is changing my life for the better. "I was suffering from severe stress and anxiety for the past four years due to problems work and an unhealthy relationship. I couldn’t enjoy my weekends or holidays for a while and after a friend saw how negative I had been, she recommended taking the Vedic Meditation course with Will and Jess. I was so impressed with the intro talk alone that the confidence in me flourished…so much so that I excelled in an interview and got a job I had really wanted…..and that was before the course. The course was a revelation and I have been close to stress free and am enjoying my life so much more now as my negativity has turned to positivity in less than three weeks and everyone close to me has noticed the difference the change in my behaviour. "Since learning this technique of mediation (after trying many other styles of meditation over the years) I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever give this one up! I find it easy to keep up with, fits in around a hectic busy life and has brought so many positive changes for me. More energy, clarity, less reactivity when under pressure at work and overall an amazing vibe to life has occurred. The teaching is brilliant with Will offering his deep knowledge in a realistic and understandable way. Also the ongoing support from the whole team who are on hand by email or phone really made this course stand out for me, knowing they are their for any queries that might pop up, stands out so much from other meditation courses and you feel they really do care how their students progress. Finally love the meditation community (group medtations) which allows for a chance to chat with fellow mediators and also again bring up any questions and pick up tips from Will & Jess. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. if you really do want those positive life changes you’re looking for then this is the course for you! "

"I was going through a particularly difficult period in my life when I google searched meditation and found Will Williams Meditation. in late October 2013. I had been experiencing severe depression and anxiety for over a year, I’d had two spells in a psychiatric hospital, my wife had recently filed for divorce, and I just couldn’t cope with all the stress at work so I resigned from my job. I hadn’t listened to all the warning signs and only when I’d gotten to this point did I realise that major change needed to occur before I ended up dead. Despite earning a lucrative career in the City, life simply wasn’t enjoyable, I was existing. I would wake up each morning wondering if the depression would go away and hoping that I could see out the day without having a panic attack. The anxiety was crippling. I had withdrawn into a shell. I didn’t want to do anything to meet anyone, and this, in hindsight was the worst thing I could have done. I was prescribed numerous anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. I found myself walking around like a zombie and there was no joy to be had in anything. I would pray that the next tablet they gave me would work and then my pain would be over, but of course it never did. Every second of every day was spent fixating on my health, Why do I feel this way? Why me? Am I really going mad? I have never experienced anything like this in my whole life and it is a truly awful place to find yourself. I sympathise immensely with anyone who is going through it. I read Will’s website and how meditation could help with anxiety and depression, and the thought came, what have I got to lose? If it doesn’t work, at least I’d tried. So I signed up to Will’s weekend course in London in November 2013, not knowing what to expect, and not necessarily expecting very much at all. Hope for the best, expect the worst was my mentality. Jess (Will’s Girlfriend) met me at the entrance to the venue where they were teaching and I can truly say I’ve never met anyone as sincere and caring as her. She was so welcoming, and she really put me at ease. I then met Will and he was so understanding and I felt so much reassurance. I explained to him my situation and he said he could help. He seemed really confident and really caring. It was an odd feeling, strangers who wanted to help me. Over the course of the weekend I, along with a small group of lovely individuals, were taught how to meditate and given our own unique mantra by Will. We now had the tools, and the know how, to make this work for us. I went home with my new life tool and meditated 20 mins in the morning and the same again in the evening. My mind was all over the place, but apart from a daily swim, and weekend visits with my kids I had nothing else to look forward to so I embraced it. After about a month of meditating daily I began to see big differences, I could seemingly now cope with the anxiety and almost control it. When my chest was thumping or I had butterflies in my stomach I no longer felt scared – there was a knowingness that my body was releasing adrenaline and it was simply my wrecked nervous system making itself known while I began the repair process. Meditation was repairing my body and it became the foundation upon which I started rebuilding my life in a way that made me feel good about myself and the world. I was loving it it in every way and it helped me re-evaluate my whole life. Meaningless things that I’d previously got wrapped up in and thought were important no longer seduced me into giving them more attention than they deserved, and a stark realisation of how my feelings of anger and negativity were holding me back and harming me became very apparent. I began enjoying walks in the park, listening to birdsong, admiring the cloud formations in the sky, feeling and enjoying the green grass and the surrounding trees. Things which I had totally overlooked for my whole adult life – I’d been so caught up in the rat race and the pursuit of material items, I’d been convinced they would provide me with happiness, which they never did for more than a fleeting moment. Now, without even trying, I was tuned into what really mattered and my level of perspective seemed perfectly adjusted. I would live life for me and for the sheer enjoyment of living and appreciating and contributing to the rich tapestry of life that I now felt I belonged to once more. My life is really good now, I know it may sound like a cliche, we’re always trying to convince ourselves and others that we’re happy, but I genuinely feel something profound and beautiful bubbling up within me each day, each moment. I was stuck in an unhealthy marriage and I was very, very unwell in mind and body. Now I’m happier then I can ever remember, and now I feel like I even have the energy and resources to help others wherever I can. Every day feels like a gift. Will is always on hand if you have any questions and if you want to have a bit of football banter, he loves Arsenal. He is an extremely knowledgeable guy, and has a logical answer for almost every situation, his advice has been invaluable to me. Without Will, Jess and the team I don’t know where I’d be now. I believe that you meet people in life for a reason, and I feel so lucky to have encountered them. "

"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn’t sure how much Jess & Will’s Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried… I was wrong! Their technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life. It was a real joy to be taught by Jess, who is so warm and patient, and clearly totally committed to Vedic meditation, but also completely approachable, so I felt I could ask any questions about the meditation without feeling self-conscious. The course totally exceeded my expectations (I had been really looking forward to it, anyway) – the classes were enjoyable, interesting, and felt very unique because we were being taught evidently a very ancient practice in such a straightforward way. As a uni student, I feel very lucky to have attended the course and to have been given these tools at my (young!) age as I can tell already that by regularly meditating, I am transforming my life 🙂 (I realise that sounds a bit extreme, but I honestly couldn’t think of a better way of expressing how powerful meditation is after learning on J&W’s course). Whether you are a total novice or experienced meditator, I urge you to book on to a beginners course here… I was also really impressed by the quality of after-care and meditation opportunities available post course – this really is a special place and way to learn meditation. "I heard about Vedic meditation, and Will and Jess, through a friend who recommended I consider it for the stomach issues I’d been experiencing over the previous four years. It was some time before I actually went on the beginner’s course, by which time I’d been for a number of in-hospital procedures and come out the other side with a diagnosis of IBS in the absence of anything else. I took the course just after returning from holiday, and expected any change to be very gradual and take at least some months. I’m a statistician so I tried to not alter anything about my daily routine except to incorporate meditation into it. You can imagine my surprise when within three DAYS my stomach has calmed down! Gone was the severe stomach ache very second day, my bowel movements were the most normal they had been in years and, as an added bonus, I was sleeping better. Six months later and it’s still working. I’m almost certainly “allergic” to something as every so often my stomach kicks off but now it’s within 20 mins of eating something (I am slowly working out what the triggers(s) could be) rather than almost daily and with no relation to when I’ve eaten. I’ve been discharged from the IBS clinic, am back training for water polo as often as I was two years ago, am undertaking a longer daily cycle commute and I’ve taken up tag rugby. As well as my resolved health issues there are also a host of other benefits to the technique, I really cannot recommend it enough. On top of that Will and Jess are really approachable and fun. To be honest, I quite regret not signing up to do the course when I first heard about it. "

"Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on ‘quick fixes’ – almost always involving pharmaceuticals – to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia. 3 weeks ago, following a very bad insomnia crisis which was going on for several weeks, I decided to change my strategy and see if I could tackle these issues from a completely different perspective – I needed to find a way to ‘calm my mind’. I came across Will’s meditation website and after reading a few of the reviews, I signed myself for a free intro talk. I have to admit, up until then, I considered myself a rather skeptical/cynical person, perhaps due to my science/medical background, but after attending the free talk, it didn’t take me long to leave my skepticism behind and book myself to a 3 day course starting the day after. The way the course was conducted, particularly the way every question was explained, really appealed to me. Every word had a meaning and one that made absolute sense! The group discussions were very engaging and I feel I could relate a lot to what was being discussed. From the day I started meditated, my sleep improved dramatically. I have now been meditating for just over 2 weeks and I feel a much more positive, less anxious and happier person. Will and his team are so lovely and very approachable. The support provided after the course is again exceptional. I have been attending group meditation sessions on a weekly basis which I find them rather special: great energy and you have the opportunity to meet amazing people and hear their journey/share experiences. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A life changer! "

"Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. "I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations. I certainly didn’t expect Vedic Meditation to be easier than my previous practice and most of all, I didn’t think that I would see the benefits of it that quickly. I had been suffering from IBS for a number of years and symptoms disappeared straight after the course. I first thought it was a coincidence but I have been fine since I started Vedic Meditation 9 months ago. I also find myself much calmer and focused, less impacted by stress and I guess simply happier. Will and Jess (and the team) make it easier for you too. I’m really happy for having done the course. I do meditations as Will recommended, and the results have been amazing. I can’t believe how well I’m sleeping now, I never slept so deeply before.
Also, my levels of positivity have increased enormously. Another really funny thing, I love ‘the smiths’, I’ve been listening to that group for maybe 30 years? "I’ve been meditating for 20 months now and find it an incredible tool for enjoying a better quality of life. After my morning meditation I feel ready to take on the day with an increased sense of energy. Often ideas come to me during my meditation, that enable me to be better at my job and tackle life differently. My relationships have improved and I feel happier in myself. The technique is simple to learn, effortless to practice and easy to do anywhere. I regularly meditate on the train and find it easy to fit into my hectic lifestyle. The course is great and group meditations amazing. Both Will and Jess are excellent, very knowledgeable and provide ongoing support as part of the package, long after the course had ended. I haven’t looked back and would thoroughly recommend learning this technique. "

"I’ve been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who’d learned with them. I’d previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is. Not only is it simple, it’s also very powerful compared with other techniques, and so it’s incredibly effective! Will and Jess are wonderful; they both give so much of themselves, and clearly love their jobs, (they work around the clock). I came to this meditation to try and tackle anxiety, and a persistent sense of meaninglessness in life. All of the claims on the website sounded too good to be true, and I was wary of getting swindled… BUT I am so glad I decided to take the risk, in my opinion this technique is better than a lot of the stuff we have out there, which is probably why it sounds too good to be true! I can also now see how so many of our problems are connected, and so it makes sense that the meditation is able to work so holistically. I’m happy to say it’s revolutionising my life. My understanding of myself, others, and of life is growing and growing, I’m much happier, and I’m particularly loving the freedom it’s giving me to have confidence in and follow what I truly want to be doing with my life, without second-guessing myself constantly. I was also worried that starting a practice like this could somehow cause me to lose touch with my identity; but in reality I’m feeling more and more connected with myself. I went on my first retreat a few weeks ago, which was beautiful, and have just started the Exploring the Veda course, which I’m very excited about! I’d recommend Vedic meditation to absolutely everyone, to try it for themselves, and see what it can do for them. "

"It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Vedic Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. On top of that I became happier, more in tune with my feelings and other peoples. Much less stressed, less tired feelings, stopped drinking coffee, I lost weight, I can take lifes hiccups in my stride rather than flipping out all over the place like before.
