"I know Will and decided to try out his meditation class as I had heard so many good reports about his teaching techniques, this was despite my being sceptical and thinking it would involve sitting cross legged and chanting. All I can say is that what I had heard was so true, he is a wonderful teacher and there is no chanting or sitting cross legged, in fact you can do this type of meditation practically anywhere at any time. I had a great experience and learned so much about myself and how my body and mind can react in ways I had not considered due to the process of chemicals and adrenalin that can be ignited in certain situations. It has really helped me as a person and in the way in which I communicate with friends and family. Also my colleagues in the work place say they have noticed a positive difference in the way I interact with them in my role as CEO. I know I have seen positive responses from my work colleagues in return and that makes for a happier and more efficient work place and can only help the business improve. I would recommend the course and its benefits to anyone and everyone for improved personal wellbeing. It is also a tool that businesses should seriously consider adding to their employee program. "There is no chanting or sitting cross legged, in fact you can do this type of meditation practically anywhere at any time. "I just finished my beginners course and what an amazing experience that was…Will was so helpful and answered all the questions we had. The group meditation was just amazing. "It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Vedic Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. On top of that I became happier, more in tune with my feelings and other peoples. Much less stressed, less tired feelings, stopped drinking coffee, I lost weight, I can take lifes hiccups in my stride rather than flipping out all over the place like before. I have also chosen some new career paths since meditating so it opened up parts of my mind that were not there before and put me on a new more positive path. "Firstly, what makes this form of meditation so great is that it’s so easy to do and I cannot imagine anyone not being able to get the hang of it. My interest in Vedic meditation is to help me develop my intuitive side and to help my teenaged daughter, who is on the autistic spectrum, to relax and so to lessen her symptoms such as sensory overload and to make processing information easier. The most motivating thing of all is just how quickly results can be seen. I had a very difficult decision to make and, after about two weeks, I was able to see things in a different way and my clarity of vision had changed to allow me to see things more clearly and I am pleased to say that in the next few weeks I was able to make my decision. As for my daughter, she is beginning to be more relaxed and her communication has certainly improved. My teacher was Jess and I cannot praise and thank her enough for her positive encouragement and input and she is inspirational in the way she delivers the course. Thank you so much Jess. "

"I have taken this course over two months ago. My main issue was that I couldn’t sleep and was feeling quite stressed out and drained. Always on the go, juggling work, exercise, social events, travels and I have been suffering from on and off insomnia for years. I reached a point when I was feeling exhausted, I had enough and came across this technique while browsing online. I went to a free talk and met Will, and I was sold! After a week of meditating twice a day, I was sleeping like a log! I couldn’t believe it! I now feel very relaxed, connected and totally stress free which is an amazing experience. Life no longer feels like a struggle but a more like a great adventure. As weeks went on, meditating started giving me more clarity about my life and myself and I am now starting a new career. I am starting my studies again, that was definitely not the plan 3 months ago! I am literally flying and feel unstoppable and I never felt so clear, confident that this is what I was meant to do, there is no more room for doubts. "Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. I would like to say thank to both Will and Jess for teaching my wife and I this amazing life tool that will help us to grow even closer and deal with any of the stresses that life may throw at us. "

"I first met Will and Jess in February 2015 and how life has changed since then! Following a weekend course where Will shared with the group all there is to know about the Vedic mediation practise, I left on that Sunday afternoon with a 50 : 50 blend of apprehension and excitement. Thereafter, as I practised each day and got deeper into my mediation, apprehension quickly dissolved and excitement built! The beauty of this technique (I think anyway) is its’ simplicity. 20 mins twice a day and you are good to go! My life seems clearer and calmer and less confused since that February weekend - a new perspective on life if you will. So compelled was I with my new teachings that I convinced my wife to attend a course in May. She is now practising daily also and just as passionate about Vedic mediation as I am! So much so that we have since taken our two children along to see Will and they have now started meditating also (I kid you not!!!) It’s pretty calm and chilled in the mornings at our place nowadays after all 4 of us have meditated! "I was a complete novice to meditation and mindfulness and any of those things, before I came across Will and Jess. I thought that I didn’t need it as was very happy with where I was and that mediation was only for people who wanted to ‘escape from society’.  Will persuaded me to take a chance and just try it, so I did, as why would you not try something that could make life even better? That is what mediation is for me, a way to be able to engage with society even more and enjoy life even more. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone, no matter what age or type of person they are, as this is something for everyone. "I met Will Williams in January 2014 having learned in Sydney a year previously. I was looking for a Vedic meditation group I could join for group meditations. I was immediately impressed by Will’s friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he’d actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with lookng after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents 🙂 I always feel extremely welcome at Will’s group meditations, it’s actually where I’ve had some of my most profound meditations. As a result, I recently took the advanced course and that has taken things to a whole new level. It feels that all my inner talents are coming to the fore and my creativity (I’m a designer) has rocketed. I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. I no longer get nervous when I am presenting my ideas and I no longer feel wounded or rejected if they don’t get picked up. Will really is a truly meditation teacher and his commitment to teaching and bringing its benefits to his students is hugely impressive. "On moving to London from New Zealand at the end of February this year, I struggled to settle into the new London lifestyle and experienced my first ever panic attack within weeks of arriving. "My friend Mat had been doing this meditation for a long time and kept telling me I should do it, but for some reason I just couldn’t understand how it worked or how it could be good for me. Having finally decided to take the course, I can genuinely say that Will really did change my life. Initially, nothing immediate or that profound arose, but over time I am seeing my considerable positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is much clearer and I am way, way happier. The reason I came to Will was because I had recently been diagnosed with something called Meniere’s disease, a condition that is apparently related to stress and lifestyle issues. Since I’ve been meditating twice a day, I am no longer feeling many of the effects of the condition. It hasn’t gone away entirely but I now feel I have an ability to control situations again. I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. "I was completely new to meditation before the course, and decided to give it a go after going through some personal issues in life, and thought “why not”. This was 3 months ago, and since then I have been meditating once to twice a day and really enjoy it.  I absolutely love getting in from work and meditating for 20 minutes, it’s so relaxing and is a great escape for the mind from the chaotic world in which we live.   I now feel more relaxed and less stressed, and feel that it helped me get through a difficult period and I now genuinely enjoy it. Will was an excellent and insightful teacher, and I felt a real sense of connection with him, and together with Jess they were brilliant hosts throughout the experience.   They definitely made me feel at ease straight away with a new topic that I was not sure and knowledgeable about beforehand, and demonstrated that it can be used in a very effective way by an everyday normal bloke like myself.
