"I met Will Williams in January 2014 having learned in Sydney a year previously. I was looking for a Vedic meditation group I could join for group meditations. I was immediately impressed by Will’s friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he’d actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with lookng after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents 🙂 I always feel extremely welcome at Will’s group meditations, it’s actually where I’ve had some of my most profound meditations. As a result, I recently took the advanced course and that has taken things to a whole new level. It feels that all my inner talents are coming to the fore and my creativity (I’m a designer) has rocketed. I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. I no longer get nervous when I am presenting my ideas and I no longer feel wounded or rejected if they don’t get picked up. Will really is a truly meditation teacher and his commitment to teaching and bringing its benefits to his students is hugely impressive. If you’re interested in learning Vedic meditation, or indeed any kind of meditation I’d recommend you go to one of Will’s free introductory talks and learn all about it. You won’t regret it. "

I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. I no longer get nervous when I am presenting my ideas and I no longer feel wounded or rejected if they don't get picked up. Will really is a truly meditation teacher and his commitment to teaching and bringing its benefits to his students is hugely impressive. "I have to admit I was a little sceptical when I first decided to learn meditation from Will. I liked the idea of meditation, but coming from a totally non-religious background, I wanted to understand the science behind it all as well as learn the process. So, Will assured me that he was the man for the job and I signed up for the weekend course. I have to say, by the end of the weekend I was a believer! I thought Will was very impressive – He had a great balance of knowledge, enthusiasm and was an excellent teacher. He was able to handle any question our group threw at him and handle them very very well. I have come away extremely excited and motivated to practice meditation and am now a week or so into my own experience of it. My main observations so far are increased energy levels in the day and I am far more relaxed. I’m sure there are many more to come, but this is a pretty awesome start! I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking to start meditating… he’s the man! 🙂 PS. A year on I’m feeling no anxiety at all, and i’m sleeping like a baby, its a revelation! "

"Every coach and mentor I’ve ever had has told me that I should meditate.  As in: “you should meditate. Now go and do it.” And that left me in the dark a little bit. Being a coach myself, the smart thing to do was to seek out the advice of an expert. And I found Will. After a couple of hours in Will’s company, I not only knew how to meditate, I was also aware of myriad of benefits to meditation, so much so that I knew I was sold on it for life. That was over a year ago and I’m still going strong, at least 6 days a week. Will’s approach manages to blend the spiritual with the scientific, the physical with the mental, the relaxation with the focus.  All with complete real world application to Western Life in the 21st Century. As a Dad and the owner of a young business, the approach had to be realistic if it was going to work. If you can’t tell by now, I HIGHLY recommend that you come and learn from Will. "

"Thanks again for an eye-opening and actually rather astonishing course. I already think it’s the best money I have spent this year. Having looked into it just to have a better relaxation method, the very real internal experience of properly meditating and not just sitting quietly (as I’d kind of imagined it) blew me away. "This is totally unlike any other meditation I’ve done before. Its so much easier than anything else I’ve tried, and i’ve done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it. I especially like the fact that you’re not forced to think in any kind of way, this just allows you to be. It’s easy, it’s really relaxing and you feel absolutely top notch after every meditation. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Even if you think you’ve tried lots of meditation in the past. Try this and I bet you it will exceed your expectations. "

"My friend Mat had been doing this meditation for a long time and kept telling me I should do it, but for some reason I just couldn’t understand how it worked or how it could be good for me. Having finally decided to take the course, I can genuinely say that Will really did change my life. Initially, nothing immediate or that profound arose, but over time I am seeing my considerable positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is much clearer and I am way, way happier. The reason I came to Will was because I had recently been diagnosed with something called Meniere’s disease, a condition that is apparently related to stress and lifestyle issues. Since I’ve been meditating twice a day, I am no longer feeling many of the effects of the condition. It hasn’t gone away entirely but I now feel I have an ability to control situations again. I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. I am recommending Will’s technique to everyone who I speak to. "Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. "Firstly, what makes this form of meditation so great is that it’s so easy to do and I cannot imagine anyone not being able to get the hang of it. My interest in Vedic meditation is to help me develop my intuitive side and to help my teenaged daughter, who is on the autistic spectrum, to relax and so to lessen her symptoms such as sensory overload and to make processing information easier. The most motivating thing of all is just how quickly results can be seen. I had a very difficult decision to make and, after about two weeks, I was able to see things in a different way and my clarity of vision had changed to allow me to see things more clearly and I am pleased to say that in the next few weeks I was able to make my decision. As for my daughter, she is beginning to be more relaxed and her communication has certainly improved. My teacher was Jess and I cannot praise and thank her enough for her positive encouragement and input and she is inspirational in the way she delivers the course. Thank you so much Jess. "

"I decided to do the course after reading the reviews on here. I wondered if they were too good to be true, but am thrilled to say the vedic meditation really is as amazing as everyone else has described. I don’t truly understand how repeating the mantra twice a day works such wonders, but it does. I have a new-found respect for my body and its capacity to heal itself when it is allowed. I did the weekend course three months ago and for the first couple of months the meditations were a very physical experience – my neck would stretch back, and sideways – and I just had to trust that my body knew what it was doing. I have released so much tension from my shoulders and neck and I walk taller and straighter (and this despite doing lots of yoga and thinking I was pretty healthy.) I have also released a lot of blocked emotions and fears. I can often feel them going during the meditation. Again I am in awe that my body knows how to do this when give the chance. Previous meditation I have tried I have never stuck with but I wake up looking forward to doing this and can’t imagine not having it in my life. If you have been put off meditation because you think you need to shut out all the thoughts buzzing through your head – the good news is you don’t need to with this meditation. The amazing work happens even while your thoughts are flitting about, It truly couldn’t be simpler. I feel calmer, less stressed, much more able to deal with difficult situations, I don’t take things so much to heart. I feel more connected to life and excited about what the future holds. "Previous meditations I have tried I have never stuck with but I wake up looking forward to doing this and can't imagine not having it in my life. If you have been put off meditation because you think you need to shut out all the thoughts buzzing through your head - the good news is you don't need to with this meditation. "I attended Will’s beginner’s Meditation Course in October 2013 and have not looked back since. Will and I met at just the right time in my life. I have a relatively stressful job and was finding it increasingly harder to manage my day and was getting quite worked up. I needed something to help me take my mind off things and to try to relax a bit more. Having spent a weekend learning with Will, I now have the tools I need to concentrate more, to relax and not get so stressed over the little things in life. I have a new outlook on life. I can notice a big difference in myself and others around me have said it to me too. Vedic mediation is so easy, I don’t know why I hadn’t tried it sooner. I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and “mindfulness”. None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the “gospel according to Will” to friends and family members. Try it, you won’t regret it! Another great add on to the meditation are the skills I learned on Will’s rounding retreat. It’s 4 days or bliss and relaxation in a beautiful environment. Many thanks to Will and Jess. Without you I would have a lot more grey hair and would probably have burned out sooner rather than later! "

Life no longer feels like a struggle but a more like a great adventure. As weeks went on, meditating started giving me more clarity about my life and myself and I am now starting a new career. I started practicing meditation earlier this year and it has so far exceeded my expectations. The simplest way to describe what happens when I meditate is by comparing it to turning a computer off and back on again. All the clutter and noise in my head stops and I become aware of some immediate changes within myself: I feel more alert yet more relaxed, I have a greater attention span and can start to appreciate my surroundings in an entirely different way. The end result has been a much happier me.
I would urge those with even the faintest curiosity about Vedic Meditation to pursue it. The process of learning is entirely culturally unchallenging – there is no singing, no lotus position and no religious agenda. You will not be asked to question your own beliefs but invited to learn from your own experience. I should also point out that this form of meditation is very different to other types of meditation I have been taught in the past such as mindfulness.

Meditation is a way of finding a bit of deep peace. I am a middle aged corporate lawyer and so pretty far away from what some people think meditation is about i.e. would-be hippies lighting joss sticks, chanting Om and knitting their own yoghurt. Will and Jess are special, welcoming, extremely nice people and entirely normal. Will’s teaching method is totally compatible with modern busy lifestyles. "I was always curious about meditation, especially after learning about neuroplasticity and how meditation triggered it. My problem was which type of meditation to choose from. Techniques seemed complicated to learn and demanded too much effort in terms of practice for such a busy life. I then found Vedic Meditation through a free presentation Will and Jess gave at my office. Same day I researched a bit more and next day I contacted them to enrol. Will is such an amazing teacher and this technique is so easy to practice and has so many immediate effects on you…it’s just wonderful. I took the course less than 2 months ago and since then I am much more relaxed, in an even better mood and everyday I remember my dreams! First time I meditated with Will was something really unexpected. At the time I didn’t even manage to process it all but I understood right there and then it would have a profound effect on me. "On moving to London from New Zealand at the end of February this year, I struggled to settle into the new London lifestyle and experienced my first ever panic attack within weeks of arriving. I had always had an interest in mediation and had tried traditional meditation classes back home, but struggled to do it and keep it up. "My friend introduced me to Vedic meditation and I am very grateful that she did. I went to Will’s intro talk and was convinced especially after hearing personal experience of others with Vedic meditation. As I was looking to start meditating again I signed up for the course straightaway. I have been meditating for just over 2 months now and experienced its tremendous benefits already. I am soooo relaxed, calm and NOT stressed at all. Even if I wanted to its not possible :0) I organised a demanding work event recently. Usually I would stress beforehand and panic a little bit but the event made me realise how relaxed I was and how the meditation is working already. I have done lots of meditation in the past and have been meditating for a good amount of years. I absolutely love Vedic meditation. It’s very different from what I did previously. I love the freedom of the practise and how easy going it is. You are sitting comfortably anywhere you want on whatever you want. I usually use a sofa or a chair with your back supported. If I am rushing in the morning I can catch up on my med later on in the day on the train, in the park etc. You don’t have to focus on not to be thinking. You can just let the thoughts flow, process them and get back to repeating your personal mantra which helps you easily to get to meditative state. How easy compared to what I did before! I was happy to drop sitting in a cross legged position for 10-20 minutes avoiding also painful arm positions. I am grateful for my previous practices which helped on many different levels and benefited me greatly. But it also gives me the opportunity to make a comparison. All meditation practices are unique it’s just up to us which one we pick and which one will suit us the most. I found mine and Vedic meditation is the winner! Thank you Will, Jess and my friend. "

"I attended a 4 session course in April, and my objectives were to become a bit more relaxed and to improve my sleep problems, which were considerable. Will teaches the meditation in a way that is really straight forward to follow and I have completed the morning & evening meditations probably 99% of times over the 6 months since. I never would have guessed that I would keep it up so diligently but I have to admit I really rather love it! After about 2 months it dawned on me that I had been sleeping so much better, bit by bit, every week it had been getting better. Now I get a good 7 hours sleep most nights, only waking for a very short period probably once a night. I have even found the light mornings of summertime don’t worry me now, as they used to, which is such a relief. I am also much more relaxed. In the past I tried mindfulness meditation, but I found trying to keep my mind clear of thoughts was impossible and it led me to feelings of failure & a longing for the session to be over. It nearly put me off meditation completely but I thought I’d give it one more go and chanced upon Will’s site. I have found that Vedic meditation is much easier to practice and I actually look forward to the 20 minutes morning & evening and see them as one of the highlights of my day. The group meditations that you have access to after you have learned are amazing. It’s difficult to articulate the relaxation & satisfaction that comes every time you do one. I look on the meditation from a scientific point of view and not a spiritual one, and I have been really pleased with the results so far and I actually cannot wait to take it to the next level on a retreat, I am really intrigued by how good this is! "
