With staff accounting for up to 90% of operating costs, organisations like Apple, Google and Nike are seeing tangible benefits from ensuring corporate wellbeing programs are available to their employees.
Even a single digit improvement in productivity, or a small reduction in absenteeism or presenteeism can make a huge difference. However, in our fast paced world, stress is becoming increasingly commonplace and burdensome. It is not just effecting individual wellbeing, it is effecting individual and collective performance and ultimately, the bottom line.
Benefits of Vedic meditation in a corporate environment
80% of workers report regularly feeling stressed and this has hugely damaging impacts on retention, engagement, motivation, client and colleague relations, clarity, creativity, efficiency, and employee health and wellbeing.
Vedic meditation leads to an average 33% reduction in the stress hormone cortisol, leading to a reduced frequency and intensity of stress response. helping employees feel better, and achieve more.
Employees benefit from enhanced communication with their colleagues and increased motivation to do a good job. They have greater energy levels, can think more clearly and creatively and can execute tasks with greater ease.
“Significantly faster recovery from stress”
Journal of Consulting & Clinical Psychology
Vedic meditation leads to greater bloodlfow to the cerebral cortex and greater actviity within the frontal lobes, where our ‘executive functions’ are sited, allowing us to manage information and prioritise tasks.
It also improves sleep quality and facilitates deep rest, allowing the brain to reboot and think more clearly. Greater (and more balanced) activation of the frontal lobes also leads to greater levels of happiness, positivity and wellbeing.
A study from the University of Wisconsin demonstrated that when you’re consistently feeling positive, your productivity rises by 31%, you’re 40% more likely to receive a promotion and nearly 10 x more engaged at work.
“My productivity has gone up 25% since I learned. It”s extraordinary.”

ENHANCED INNOVATION & CREATIVITY
One of the most consistently notable features of doing Vedic meditation is the increase in cognitive and creative functions. This has hugely significant impact on our lateral thinking capabilitiesand our ability to problem solve.
When we meditate, the pre-frontal cortex where our creative thinking takes place, becomes much more active. In addition the brainwave functioning throughout our cerebral cortex begins to mirror that of peak performance(eureka) moments and the more we practise, the more enhanced our creative thinking becomes at all times.
“Greater fluency, flexibility and originality of creative thought”
Journal of Creative Behaviour
INCREASED MEMORY & CONCENTRATION
As meditators we are less disturbed by trivial thinking and we find that we are better able to concentrate on important tasks. We also develop the capability to simultaneously process more information, allowing us to stay on-task even in the face of multiple demands.
Meanwhile, the greater brainwave coherence that is unique to this technique gives us greater access to the deep reservoirs of information that can be found within our sub-conscious.
“People who meditate in the long-term have ‘significantly larger’ hippocampi – the part of the brain associated with memory and learning.”
BETTER DECISION MAKING (esp. under pressure)
When we are stressed, our field of vision narrows and our critical thinking becomes impaired. As meditators, our stress response no longer interferes. At the same time, the area of the brain that is responsible for rational thinking, becomes functionally more active.
As a result, our decision making capability becomes far stronger and, in the absence of stress, we have nothing hindering our executive functions, even under pressure.
“I’m calmer, less stressed and find this new relaxed state enhances my ability to work effectively and retain information. I’ve also noticed a significant enhancement in my ability to problem solve situations.”
Nikki, TV Producer, London
IMPROVED HEALTH & WELLBEING
When we meditate, our regulation of oxygen becomes more optimized, resulting in a highly significant reduction in free radicals scavenging their way around our bodies. The result is less cellular decay and a better functioning immune system. The reduction of stress chemistry also results in reduced cholesterol, a normalization of blood pressure and a 87% reduction in the risk of serious heart disease.
“Vedic meditation leads to 70% reduced days in hospital and 44% fewer visits to the doctors” International Journal of Neursoscience
Thus far, there have been 6000 peer reviewed studies on the beneficial effects of meditation and mindfulness. There is overwhelming evidence to demonstrate that meditation has a significant positive impact on the health, wellbeing and productivity of all those who learn.
Indeed, Harvard Business School and Europe’s leading business school, INSEAD, have determined from their extensive research that the two most effective business tools for twenty-first century executives are meditation and intuition.
We specialise in delivering corporate meditation training programmes that deliver the most powerful results, with measurable results that can be quantified and presented to stakeholders & key decision makers.

I was immediately impressed by Will's friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he'd actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with looking after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents :)"

So yes, Vedic meditation does work . It really is changing my life for the better. It's something that I look forward to practising for the rest of my life, and sharing with everyone who feels inspired by it . Cheers Will!"

The sleep I'm getting since I started mediating is good quality sleep and although I only manage 7 hours I feel like I've had the 9 hours I would like to get! At weekends my 4 year old has taken to sitting quietly next to me while I mediate. It is now part of the weekend routine and he seems to look forward to it as much as I do. Better sleep is just one of the benefits. Being calmer and more tolerant are others. Life just seems more vivid and full of energy which is great for me but also my son and husband too."

Posted: over a year ago "I learned to meditate a few months ago and still think this is one of the most amazing life skills to have. I'm far more relaxed than I used to be and stay calm in situations that normally would have triggered a not all that calm reaction. I am more energised, get out of bed much more easily in the morning and generally feel so much more content and happy in life. Thank you Will!"

The technique they teach you is really quite remarkable and I can honestly say it has changed my WHOLE ENTIRE life! I 'm not usually one for such emphatic statements but I am blown away by just how good this is. I am now recommend ing this to all my friends and family, and seeing the effect its having, I have come to the conclusion that everybody should be doing this!!!"

It somehow takes over the movement of my neck and manipulates it until the pain has gone. This happens in all of my meditations, once I open my eyes I get a sensation of relief. I could go on for hours but the best thing I can say is everyone is different and it'll give you an individual experience depending on what you need. #bestpartofmyday"
Posted: over a year ago "This is totally unlike any other meditation I've done before. Its so much easier than anything else I've tried, and i've done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it."
Posted: over a year ago "Having first learnt transcendental meditation many years ago, Will has brought to me a much wider and deeper understanding of the Vedic knowledge that underpins meditation practice. He is a superb teacher with a great knowledge and passion for his subject and empathy for his students. Together Will and Jess are a fantastic team (and also lovely people!). I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to learn the basics of meditation, develop their meditation technique or to delve more deeply into vedic learning. "

And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine "

"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn't sure how much Jess & Will's Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried... I was wrong! Their technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life."
Posted: over a year ago "Will is a superb teacher. He has such a depth of knowledge and understanding of meditation and Vedic wisdom that he shares with his students and he combines this beautifully with passion and gentleness. I particularly enjoy going along to the free group meditations which they provide once you've completed your course. Introducing meditation into my life has vastly reduced my stress levels and added an awareness and a sense of peace that I am able to drawer upon throughout the day. It has had a profound impact on my life experience and I honestly can't imagine what life would be like now without it, it's too good!"
Posted: 9 months and 28 days ago. "Meditating has really helped me to take control of my life and focus on what is important to me. I feel much more like I can deal with whatever the world throws at me and I haven’t lost any of my passion but I have become more controlled and considered in my reactions to problems. "
Posted: over a year ago "For the last 16 years I've tried several types of meditation but have never stuck with any of them. Mainly because practicing them was dogmatic and trying to quiet my mind was more often than not a source of stress rather than calm. However, after only a couple of months into vedic meditation, I feel I've found the right path. Meditation has never been easier nor more impactful than now. "
Posted: over a year ago "I learned 5 weeks ago and my experience has been super positive. My anxiety and depression is lifting, I'm sleeping like a log, I have waves of energy, am super productive at work and less reactive to potentially stressful situations. My friends and colleagues have noticed how much calmer, balanced and happier I seem. I treasure the glimpses of bliss and tranquility I get to experience when I do this. Thank you!"
Posted: over a year ago "What really has made a difference is the warmth and support I have received from the two beautiful souls that are Jess and Will. From dealing with the anxiety that was accumulated in my nervous system to deciding taking Vedic knowledge a step further, they have been an unconditional source of inspiration and clarity. Now most of my family meditates and that has truly demonstrated me that no matter the life style, ideology or life path of the individual this meditation if for everyone. "
