"I feel so much calmer, stronger, more confident, focused and able to make decisions more easily. I also feel so much more accepting of myself and have stopped giving myself such a hard time. So many people have commented on how much brighter I look. Friends have said that I look 'glowing', 'radiant' and 'taller' (better posture!?), and a colleague said she could see a lightness and happiness in my eyes that wasn't there before! I've absolutely LOVED the last week! I've really enjoyed adding rounding into my meditation practice. I have stayed clear of caffeine as well, I haven’t needed it! Food has tasted more delicious, the world has looked brighter, I have had more energy and in the last week I have had an incredible clarity which has helped me to make some pretty big decisions! Life is looking like it's on the up! Thank you!"Read More >

"I am very grateful to discover Vedic Meditation through a talk which Will did at our University. Initially, I actually went to the session with an intention of doing a meditation session as I didn't realise until later that it was an introductory talk only. I found Will's talk very interesting, positive and just seeing Will's passion about it and all the benefits that this type of meditation brings, I really wanted to learn more and so I decided to sign up for the weekend course. Also, for some time I have been looking for a kind of meditation which I can easily incorporate into my daily routine and be consistent with (as I've tried a few) and until now I haven't found one. I really enjoyed the intensive weekend course with Will, who is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Today, it's been over 3 weeks since I started the meditation but so far it's been positive and I am really enjoying. I actually look forward to doing the meditation (first thing in the morning) and then just before I go home after work (in our room at our Regent Street building). The afternoon session feels really nice."Read More >
"It's definitely one of the most important life skills I've had the pleasure of learning. I was so happy to meet Will a few years back in London where they are making this ancient technique easy, current and practical for the urban lifestyle and available for anyone that wants to try it! They are a fountain of knowledge that feels safe to tap into every time you need a little support. "Read More >
"First time I meditated with Will was something really unexpected. At the time I didn't even manage to process it all but I understood right there and then it would have a profound effect on me. Those 2 minutes eyes closed after meditating were bliss. It was like my mind was at peace, in such a nice place. But the most extraordinary was when I left Will and Jess and headed to Victoria Station. As usual, there were so many people in the street but instead of just walking and looking without seeing, up to today I can still remember faces of people who crossed my path. I really felt this connection with people. I was seeing and feeling what was around me. I usually describe that moment as if I was high. And I definitely was. It was a higher feeling, a higher connection. That's how good it is! I definitely recommend this course and there aren't enough words to thank Will, and also Jess, for giving me this life changing practice in such a warm and caring way, exactly as they both are."Read More >

Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
