"I feel much more connected to myself. I trust my decisions. I feel some kind of power building up in me. My trust in the Divine Force is higher and higher. I'm happy, light and flowing. "Read More >
"I feel much more like I can deal with whatever the world throws at me and I haven’t lost any of my passion but I have become more controlled and considered in my reactions to problems. At the risk of sounding terribly corny, thanks to my wife, Will and Jess for introducing me to Vedic meditation, it is simply put, awesome."Read More >
"If you're looking for a practical tool that will make coping with modern life a little easier, Will's meditation technique is exactly what you need. For me, it takes the edge off the challenges in life, and adds a shine to the good stuff."Read More >
"Dear Will & Jess, I'm sure that you already know this, however I feel compelled to tell you. My life is already changed. I thought myself to be quite chilled but it's as though you've shown me the most relaxed self-nurturing thing ever! I deal with life's tricky escapades in a sweeter, clearer and more relaxed manner. You have given me a key I always knew existed...I'm in awe, and bliss, and have this incredible inner smile within me. Grazie Will and Jess. Grazie."Read More >
"I have found my memory has definitely improved, especially my memory of what I have read which is good news because I found that quite challenging at university. I also remember conversations more vividly. My mind seems to be focussing on the relevant things rather than the distractions it sometimes gets caught up in. What is most encouraging is that I feel that each day that passes I am getting more and more in tune with myself and that I am becoming a more whole self-actualised person."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
