"I loved the course. Thank you so much for inspiring us all. You are a fantastic teacher!!! "Read More >
"The group meditations that you have access to after you have learned are amazing. It's difficult to articulate the relaxation & satisfaction that comes every time you do one. I look on the meditation from a scientific point of view and not a spiritual one, and I have been really pleased with the results so far and I actually cannot wait to take it to the next level on a retreat, I am really intrigued by how good this is!"Read More >
"The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I've had some of my best night's sleep in years and it feels fabulous. And contrary to previous practice, I haven't missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Vedic and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. One of the chaps on the course I was with went to one last month and said it was immense! "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
