"Will and Jess are absolutely beautiful people and I have had an amazing journey with them! I did the course about 8 months ago and have now been to two retreats. I have to say, I was a bit sceptical at first but I am sooooo happy I gave it a go. I was in a very dark place when I started and the regular group meds and their willingness to help me through this difficult time have made a huge difference. I am incredibly grateful for everything they've done and for the amazing quality of teaching and ongoing support! I would definitely recommend anyone who is ready to try something new to sign up for the course, you will not regret it!"Read More >
"This meditation has changed my life, dramatically, for the better. I feel like a different person and I like this new person far more! One thing in particular that has impressed me is that Will has always picked up the phone when I have needed support."Read More >
"Will Wiliams Meditation, provided me with a valuable daily framework and system that I have since applied to my brand consultancy business, enabling greater clarity, priority setting and motivation. A highly worthwhile investment for anyone involved in business."Read More >
" I would also note that when my head is feeling really frazzled from work, stressful situations, fatigue or illness, meditating clears my mind, calms me, grounds me, and makes me feel more energised. I have tried other forms of meditation, and I don't want to put them down in any way, but I have found that Vedic meditation is the easiest to learn and incorporate into daily life, and has the most pronounced benefits."Read More >
"I initially thought that a meditation based on a mantra wasn't for me but I was open to try after a friend recommended me so highly to Will Williams Meditation. And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
