"During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Also, where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms."Read More >
"I've realized that the feeling of peace is actually what I've been missing for a long time. I'm generally calmer and without my usual level of nervous excitement. Some issues at work which would trigger me to get worked up didn't as I caught myself before which is great. My appetite has changed and now eating because I'm hungry, rather than because I'm fueling the stress. "Read More >
"I've been doing the meditation for 3 weeks and it is going well and It has really helped with my sleep. My mind can still race at night but I have only had one sleepless night since the course, which is a drastic improvement. I have felt happier and more energised since. My diet has changed subtly, and I now have a serious fruit addiction! I've been recommending you to all my friends!"Read More >
"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn't sure how much Will's Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried... I was wrong! The technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life."Read More >
"It's only been a few days but I have made sure I meditated twice as recommended and the change in me has been awesome...my colleagues and clients have picked up on my new positive attitude and the new happy vibes I have given off and I just feel like an all round better person."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
