"I've been doing the meditation for 3 weeks and it is going well and It has really helped with my sleep. My mind can still race at night but I have only had one sleepless night since the course, which is a drastic improvement. I have felt happier and more energised since. My diet has changed subtly, and I now have a serious fruit addiction! I've been recommending you to all my friends!"Read More >
"I can't recommend Will or this practice enough. The benefits are innumerable but notably after a long personal journey exploring health and wellness, I've found Vedic meditation to be the missing link. Will is a fantastic teacher full of love and knowledge. I'm truly grateful."Read More >

"Deciding to learn meditation was a great decision. I was a little unsure going in to the classes, but I got everything I hoped for and more. On a daily level, I am more balanced, relaxed and clear in my thinking. The meditation itself, while relatively quick, is hugely enjoyable, and the benefits of being so calm and clear resonate throughout the whole day. Will is a great teacher. He has an impressive wealth of knowledge on vedic meditation, and he always talks in a way that is grounded in the world we live in. I've recommended Will's course to friends and family, which is probably the biggest compliment I can pay, I want them to all have the same benefits that I'm getting day to day from vedic meditation. Thanks Will!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
