"I was immediately taught a simple yet profound method of meditating. It was a very relaxed and soft nurturing environment. I have since found my discipline, I have learnt not to judge good and bad meditations and to compare one with another (a common fault of mine previously). So now I am part of the family, and I look forward to our gatherings and group Meditations in Brighton. I also feel that I am at the beginning of a journey that will weave through and enrich my other interests and work. These are wonderful people, and for me probably the best investment I have ever made. I feel blessed, and I think (know) I have just scratched the surface, like a pinprick in a sheet of black paper held to the light, my gut is telling me there is so much to learn here, so much more behind. Perhaps it is that infinite Sacred wisdom already within us."Read More >
"I received my mantra and began meditating with Will in January, around 6 months ago. I had been interested in meditation for a while, but never attempted to meditate, until a friend who had tried various forms of meditation pointed me towards Will and Vedic meditation. Since the course I had integrated meditation into my daily lifestyle and now feel like I couldn't be without it. It has helped me to de-stress, think clearer and be more in touch with my inner self, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend anyone to Vedic meditation and Will is an excellent and highly knowledgeable teacher."Read More >
"I've been meditating for just over a month now and I've found that doing the course has improved areas of my life that I wasn't previously aware needed improving, as well as benefited me in the way I hoped. I have a much stronger sense of clarity and awareness and no longer feel like an anxiety ridden mess when faced with tough life decisions. Instead of my mood being quite up and down, I now feel at a consistent level of calm and no longer feel worried about how I'm going to feel from one day to the next. On a practical level I feel as if I notice much more around me, can now sleep all the way through the night without waking up, have more energy, am more interested in others and noticing that I am laughing a lot more (as well as hearing music in mundane sounds?!). It's so helpful to have something which brings you back to an equilibrium every single day and just feels like an ultimate act of self love. Excited to see what will happen after five years, if it's only been five weeks. And thank you Jess for being such a knowledgeable and patient teacher."Read More >
"The thing I love about this type of meditation is the ease and simplicity. In ten years of meditating, I've experimented with many different techniques. I finally feel like I can say aaahhhhh...at last I find myself letting go of things I would usually worry about." "Read More >
"The follow up group meditations are fantastic and have really helped to embed the practice into my day to day life. I could not recommend them more highly!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
