"Two and a half months in, I’m aware that I’m still only at the start of the process, but I’m already sensing some subtle changes: I feel less stressed by work, less anxious about the unknown, more aware of the underlying reasons for certain reactions or emotions, and it generally feels as though there’s more space and lightness in my life. Will and Jess are brilliant teachers - clear, encouraging, supportive, kind and funny - and I feel very lucky to be learning with them."Read More >
"The meditation is helping in many ways. I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements & it is having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine & also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. "I have been pleasantly surprised by the results that I am already seeing after a month. I am much calmer, with significantly lower stress levels, and a general feeling of well being. Other people have also commented that they have seen a difference."Read More >

I am honoured to know Will and Jess, they have changed my life...without a doubt. This is definitely the best choice I ever made! just do it :-) good luck on your journey, love Cath"Read More >
"After 3 days of doing the meditations and feeling sceptical on the 4th morning I finished the meditation singing that song hallelujah and I have so much energy this morning I'm nearly skipping around the office. My mind is clearer and sharper than any time I can remember - I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much energy...its absolutely amazing! okay....I'm sold!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
