"I have just completed the Veda course, and found it the most incredible and giving experience of my life so far. The knowledge delivered over the weekends is both mind-expanding and beautiful, and Will is an incredible teacher. The main benefit for me is rather than struggling through life, I feel this course is helping me to develop the insight to live with much more freedom and expression, and to find my true self. If you are thinking of giving it a go, I would recommend you jump straight in. Thank you to Will and the team."Read More >
"I learned to meditate a few months ago and still think this is one of the most amazing life skills to have. I'm far more relaxed than I used to be and stay calm in situations that normally would have triggered a not all that calm reaction. I am more energised, get out of bed much more easily in the morning and generally feel so much more content and happy in life. Thank you Will!"Read More >
"I feel much more like I can deal with whatever the world throws at me and I haven’t lost any of my passion but I have become more controlled and considered in my reactions to problems. At the risk of sounding terribly corny, thanks to my wife, Will and Jess for introducing me to Vedic meditation, it is simply put, awesome."Read More >
"I received my mantra and began meditating with Will in January, around 6 months ago. I had been interested in meditation for a while, but never attempted to meditate, until a friend who had tried various forms of meditation pointed me towards Will and Vedic meditation. Since the course I had integrated meditation into my daily lifestyle and now feel like I couldn't be without it. It has helped me to de-stress, think clearer and be more in touch with my inner self, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend anyone to Vedic meditation and Will is an excellent and highly knowledgeable teacher."Read More >
"Having first learnt transcendental meditation many years ago, Will has brought to me a much wider and deeper understanding of the Vedic knowledge that underpins meditation practice. He is a superb teacher with a great knowledge and passion for his subject and empathy for his students. Together Will and Jess are a fantastic team (and also lovely people!). I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to learn the basics of meditation, develop their meditation technique or to delve more deeply into vedic learning. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
