"I had been attempting to practise mindfulness for about 15 years but could never really clear my busy mind of thoughts and I always felt like a bit of a failure because of it. Vedic meditation turned out to be exactly what I was looking for: a very practical, very easy way of meditating. All I had to do was repeat the mantra Will gave me. Having meditated for four months, twice a day, I've already felt a significant difference in my life: There's a greater sense of underlying calm, a clearer perspective on the little dramas which no longer seem to affect me, and i'm convinced it has helped me to quit smoking too. I now feel I'm at the beginning of a lifelong journey - there is so much to discover it seems! Will is a very sincere and engaging exponent of this great knowledge."Read More >
"beliefs, fears, phobia's and trauma's bubble up and away from the surface easy and effortlessly without any conscious participation. Each month I feel lighter, more loving, compassionate, clearer and wiser - more flowing and connected with life! I would recommend Will and Jess's Vedic meditation introduction course to anyone! They have a personal approach that makes one feel supported, held and entrusted throughout the course and thereafter."Read More >
"I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my specialist kept on at me to start meditating. 'I've tried and failed. How am I supposed to empty my head of thoughts?' I said. 'You must find a way.' he said. I came across Vedic meditation and thought that repeating a mantra sounded more my bag. I liked Will's setup as it seemed professional. Both he and Jess are great, super supportive and professional. I have recommended them already to friends. I have completed the beginners course, a rounding retreat and recently an advanced mantra course. I employ many approaches to help with my CFS, but meditation is the one thing that has a measurable positive effect on my wellbeing. "Read More >
"Will is a generous, thoughtful and fun teacher and I really enjoyed the Vedic meditation workshop sessions. Not only is he a great teacher of technique, he also takes the time to explain its benefits for our increasingly stressed out lives. I learned a lot about how meditation helps our minds and bodies rebalance and recharge. This is so important since we rarely control the world around us but we can always control how we react to it. This is the gift that Vedic meditation keeps on giving. This is also Will's gift. Thanks a lot my friend and look forward to the next round! "Read More >
"This is totally unlike any other meditation I've done before. Its so much easier than anything else I've tried, and i've done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it."Read More >

Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
