"An amazing course. Before starting I had not really attempted meditation before and I can firmly say that this was a weekend I am sure will stay with me for years to come as I hope my meditation practice will. I now feel equipped with just the right amount of knowledge to commit to this new part of life. I highly recommend the course to anyone looking for change and a greater perspective."Read More >

"I was delighted by the whole thing. It was a refreshing experience that left me feeling positive and energised and happy to continue with something that I know will be extremely beneficial in my life. I only wish I had discovered it much, much earlier. I thought Will's manner wonderfully beguiling. He embodied the efficacy of his beliefs being calm, thoughtful, highly responsive, engaging, enlightening without being preachy and altogether compelling! I hope to never look back. I will tell all my friends and family about this wonderful technique and I will look out for Will's book and buy it and I would love to keep in touch and drop in for the odd group meditation as a refresher. Of course it's very early days for me and I don't have any doubt at all that it is going to help me sleep better and live better!! Wonderful!! Thank you so much!! xxx"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
