Its profound and numerous benefits.
"I came to Vedic meditation because I had a condition which caused me a lot of pain and was on medication which had side effects I would rather have avoided. Within a short time of learning, the pain cleared and I was able to come off the medication and I haven't been on it since. I was a real relief."Read More >
"Will Williams' meditation technique is a gift that keeps on giving. I had no idea how powerful and life-enhancing meditating could be. I took the beginners' course in June 2017 and in July 2018 I learned the Advanced Mantra technique. Vedic meditation is so good for me, because I am not someone who is particularly able to clear my head, think of nothing and sit in silence. . . so, it's ideal that with this technique has an 'effortless' concept. Thank you, Will and the Team for your inspiration xxx"Read More >
"I have more energy, I am more focused, I don't rush as much, I'm sleeping better and take time to find the joy in life rather than rush through it...ok so I just gave away the secret but for sure my little bubble of contentment and happiness is real and I attribute it to my new meditation practice. "This meditation has changed my life, dramatically, for the better. I feel like a different person and I like this new person far more! One thing in particular that has impressed me is that Will has always picked up the phone when I have needed support."Read More >
"Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not 'rushing' through it or being impatient with time. After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
