"It's been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing."Read More >
"Amazing teacher, amazing courses and retreats, couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend Will's courses to everyone from all walks of life and of all ages."Read More >
"The classes helped me to get a more balanced, joyful and calm life and feel less stressed and more in control in private and business life. Additionally I really love the regular group meditations and check-ins as well as events like movie and music nights. I have tried many different meditations in the last 10 years and what I appreciate about this Vedic meditation is the way it's presented and taught - without dogma or the spiritual or religious flavour many meditations come with. Will has a very unique, friendly style. I have made meditation a daily practice and feel I enjoy life not only more but look forward to each of the short 20 minute exercises every day. It really changed a big part of my life. Give it a try, I really recommend it."Read More >
"The course was a revelation and I have been close to stress free and I am enjoying my life so much more now as my negativity has turned to positivity. In less than three weeks and everyone close to me has noticed the difference the change in my behaviour."Read More >
"The calm is bliss. The two mini holidays each day feel like a total luxury. I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I'm rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily. I actually very much like myself now. That is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the worldT"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
