"Mediation for me, is a way to be able to engage with society even more and enjoy life even more. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone, no matter what age or type of person they are, as this is something for everyone. Anyone can do this and feel the benefits, as well as live busy lives in society to the full, so just give it a go and you will never look back."Read More >
"The weekend course was incredible. Catherine is a wonderful teacher and the setting and techniques are surprisingly conducive to immediate and tangible benefits. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and am eager and inspired to continue."Read More >
"Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not 'rushing' through it or being impatient with time. "Will is a superb teacher. He has such a depth of knowledge and understanding of meditation and Vedic wisdom that he shares with his students and he combines this beautifully with passion and gentleness. I particularly enjoy going along to the free group meditations which they provide once you've completed your course. Introducing meditation into my life has vastly reduced my stress levels and added an awareness and a sense of peace that I am able to drawer upon throughout the day. It has had a profound impact on my life experience and I honestly can't imagine what life would be like now without it, it's too good!"Read More >
"I attended an intro talk with Will who was articulate and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. He communicated the simplicity of the technique whilst backing it with firm scientific research. I knew this was exactly what I had been looking for. Since the course I have gained a new level of calmness, clarity and balance. My focus has improved, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I'm so much happier in all aspects of my life."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
