"Will is a superb teacher. He has such a depth of knowledge and understanding of meditation and Vedic wisdom that he shares with his students and he combines this beautifully with passion and gentleness. I particularly enjoy going along to the free group meditations which they provide once you've completed your course. Introducing meditation into my life has vastly reduced my stress levels and added an awareness and a sense of peace that I am able to drawer upon throughout the day. It has had a profound impact on my life experience and I honestly can't imagine what life would be like now without it, it's too good!"Read More >

I can't put into words the benefits of this type of meditation, it is the missing link in everything I was seeking to fix or improve in my life. I would pay 10 x the money now, knowing how much it has helped me. After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
