"I found the meditation weekend such a breakthrough experience, it was a long time I hadn’t felt that strong spiritual connection with the world and people around me. Will was very engaging and reassuring, even when the experience was challenging, and I felt safe to explore in the workshop setting. Vedic meditation helped me with sleep and stress level, but above all to reconnect with the present moment, which was exactly what I wanted to achieve."Read More >
"A huge smile comes to my face and a feeling of relief when I think of WWM. A smile because the people running the course and all the people attending the course are lovely and it is such a happy experience. The relief comes from knowing I have been given the tools to deal with every difficult, sad and unpleasant situation life can throw at you. Then I smile again because the more I use the tools the less unhappy situations I find myself in. WWM = 1 continuous smile..."Read More >
"I met Will Williams in January 2014 having learned in Sydney a year previously. I was looking for a Vedic meditation group I could join for group meditations. I was immediately impressed by Will's friendly approach and his obvious passion for all things meditation. He is such an open and charming fellow and it seemed the whole group was getting on with him famously, myself included. It transpired he'd actually trained alongside my teacher from Sydney. Having seen first hand the positive difference the Vedic meditation had made on my life, my wife was very curious about it, but she was worried about he she would fit it in with looking after two young children. But as soon as she met Will and he talked her through some of the strategies for doing it as a young mother, she opted to take the course. She greatly enjoyed it and her meditation practice has made a huge difference to her and to our family life in general. She is much more calm and balanced, and now there are two of us feeling this way, our kids get to benefit from having two much more relaxed parents :)"Read More >
"We have been on many retreats in the past but nothing quite compares to this one. Not only were we able to experience new levels of bliss and love but we actually came away having being taught the toolkit to access and develop these emotions on a day to day basis. "Read More >
"I really had no idea that it would make such an impact on me. I came into work this morning and I feel like a totally different person. About 5 people have come up to me today to ask me if I'd been on holiday as I look like I am glowing (apparently!). How freaky is that?! I woke up at 6.30am this morning to do my first meditation of the day. I NEVER wake up at 6.30am for anything other than skiing. Came into work this morning (I was early for the first time in 7 years) feeling happy and positive. This is so far away from how I have been feeling for the last 4 months, that I hardly recognise myself. Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. Feeling slightly emotional as I write this as I didn't realise how much I needed it."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
