"Little Leo was in a great mood, much more talkative than usual and with a clear sense that we had some extra bonding among us. That night he was so creative, coming up with ideas of plots for his own comic creations. He's been meditating (next to me) every single morning since and almost every evening. "Read More >
"I feel as though I am walking around with a secret that no one else knows and that I am contained within a happiness bubble - I've always been pretty upbeat but I just feel awesome and chilled and generally just happy...I'm calling it my vedic happiness bubble'"Read More >
"My sleep patterns for the last 15 years have been broken; I have been used to waking up repeatedly during the night every night. Each night since the course I have had the same deep sleep for around 6 hours and then light sleeping for whatever time I have left in the morning. Even though I was previously able to fall back to sleep quickly, now that my sleep pattern has changed so dramatically for the better, I realize how much I was missing of the deep sleep phases of the sleep cycle. On those occasions when I have had some negative emotional experience in life, instead of my usual reaction where I try and escape into a film or something, I simply felt that it was ok to feel these things and it no longer caused me any agitation!"Read More >
"Will & his team are a meditation dream! Their support over the last year has been excellent and I am always appreciative :-) Vedic meditation in itself is a very reassuring skill to have; I consistently use it to my advantage."Read More >
"I never thought I could meditate until I was introduced to Will. The three day course gave me more than I was expecting and has made a positive difference to my life. Will's a fantastic teacher and I cannot recommend his course more highly."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
