"As a health care practitioner I am also interested in the objective benefits of practicing Vedic meditation. While still a relatively new area for research, a growing amount of empirical evidence supports this technique as a way of reducing blood pressure, helping stress related disorders and improving our sense of self. Having experienced the benefits first hand I am excited to follow progress of VM in healthcare in the future."Read More >
"I have experimented with lots of meditation techniques but can say that without a shadow of a doubt Vedic meditation is by far the most powerful. I just can't express enough how much I've gotten out of it, 6 months in and my meditations are still my favourite part of the day! Will, Jess and the team are beyond amazing and without them this gift would not be possible, so I am profoundly grateful and humble for their guidance and support."Read More >
"I have found my memory has definitely improved, especially my memory of what I have read which is good news because I found that quite challenging at university. I also remember conversations more vividly. My mind seems to be focussing on the relevant things rather than the distractions it sometimes gets caught up in. What is most encouraging is that I feel that each day that passes I am getting more and more in tune with myself and that I am becoming a more whole self-actualised person."Read More >
"I've been doing it a month now and all I can say is...wow! This has given me a new lease of life and I find myself going to bed with a smile on my face and then waking up feeling inspired by life again and I literally can't wait for the day ahead. My friend did it with me and she is glowing in a way I haven't seen since for a long, long time! All I can say is, if you are thinking of learning meditation in London, I cannot recommend Will and his lovely team highly enough! It feels like the greatest investment I cold have ever made in myself."Read More >
"During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I could feel all the chakras one by one. It was stronger than what I've had before with other meditations. And when it gets to the 20mins mark , I feel a fullness all over, almost as though I've been filled with energy and that's when I open my eyes and know 20 mins are up."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
