"I had been practising Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation for a few years before taking the course. I knew the benefits of Meditation and wanted to start a daily practice and have the possibility to attend group meditations."Read More >
"There's a familiar question that always gets asked: "What would your super power be?" When someone wants to know how you would improve your life with a super hero, fantasy skill. (Walk on Water?... Fly?... See through walls?...) If someone asked me that question now I would say that I don't need a make believe 'power' as I have meditation. Very briefly - meditation is incredible - you feel amazing, the world rolls with you and all questions / stresses can be dealt with using a clear, balanced perspective. Everything just seems easier. Will's style of teaching is perfect for modern city living. He guides you, so you understand how to work meditation into your lifestyle, rather than having to schedule your lifestyle to suit meditation."Read More >
"I meditate using this knowledge, feeling confidence which gives me huge incentive to continue twice a day and it excites me knowing the more I practice the more benefits accumulate and the more then that I feel a peace of mind that sees me through the day."Read More >
"My experience with Vedic meditation has been great!! I used to practise other kinds of meditation before but I found Vedic, simple and effective. "Read More >
"My life is really good now, I know it may sound like a cliche, we're always trying to convince ourselves and others that we're happy, but I genuinely feel something profound and beautiful bubbling up within me each day, each moment. Now I'm happier then I can ever remember, and now I feel like I even have the energy and resources to help others wherever I can. Every day feels like a gift."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
