"I have taken this course over two months ago. My main issue was that I couldn't sleep and was feeling quite stressed out and drained. Always on the go, juggling work, exercise, social events, travels and I have been suffering from on and off insomnia for years. I reached a point when I was feeling exhausted, I had enough and came across this technique while browsing online. I went to a free talk and met Will, and I was sold! After a week of meditating twice a day, I was sleeping like a log! I couldn't believe it! I now feel very relaxed, connected and totally stress free which is an amazing experience. Life no longer feels like a struggle but a more like a great adventure. As weeks went on, meditating started giving me more clarity about my life and myself and I am now starting a new career. I am starting my studies again, that was definitely not the plan 3 months ago! I am literally flying and feel unstoppable. I've never felt so clear, confident that this is what I was meant to do, there is no more room for doubts. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
