"This course gave me my first experience of meditative euphoria, and the prospect of this narcotic-free ecstasy made it easy to come back to. After my third session and a week of 20 minute morning sessions my energy levels have peaked in the day"Read More >
"The thing I love about this type of meditation is the ease and simplicity. In ten years of meditating, I've experimented with many different techniques. I finally feel like I can say aaahhhhh...at last I find myself letting go of things I would usually worry about." "Read More >
"I'm loving the meditation and amazed at the impact it's had on me. All the old anxieties have just melted away - I feel like I'm functioning in a completely different space. I can feel a change in my yoga teaching, yoga practise and especially how I'm engaging and (most importantly) responding to others. I feel like my life is in a true state of flow - it has been quite profound I must say."Read More >
"Surely there are many ways of reaching happiness, however from seeing the results in myself and of the people who were in my course (all really lovely and we have stayed in touch since) I'm convinced that Vedic meditation is one of the easiest ways of getting there. So yes, Vedic meditation does work . It really is changing my life for the better. It's something that I look forward to practising for the rest of my life, and sharing with everyone who feels inspired by it . Cheers Will!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
