"Thank you to Will & Jess, 2 wonderful lights in this world who have helped me start on a journey for which I have only just taken my first few steps & yet in such a short time walking this road through meditation has become a part of my daily ritual as brushing my teeth. The beauty of learning with Will & Jess is they are not just here to introduce you to the road of meditation and then wish you well like so many courses one does, but to support you on your journey long after you have taken your first steps with their group meditations, retreats and further learning opportunities"Read More >
"Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on 'quick fixes' - almost always involving pharmaceuticals - to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia."Read More >
"I had tried all sorts to combat stress, insomnia and anxiety but without success. I embarked on the weekend course and have found the technique so simple and easy to do from day to day. I have become a calmer, more grounded person and my insomnia is almost a distant memory."Read More >
"I've been practising since summer 17 and have discovered a reason to be cheerful. The calmness, ability to react positively, with mindfulness towards others, and most importantly with consideration of myself first, I can put down to the strength gleaned from daily meditation. My instructor (Jess) taught me well."Read More >
"I am so thankful that I was able to take part in Will's meditation course, it's one of the best things I've ever done. After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
