"The thing I love about this type of meditation is the ease and simplicity. In ten years of meditating, I've experimented with many different techniques. I finally feel like I can say aaahhhhh...at last I find myself letting go of things I would usually worry about." "Read More >
"We have just had an amazing weekend of beginners training with Will. We loved the experience and are looking forward to the next 4 months of practice :) Thank you Will"Read More >
"Having tried counselling, hypnotherapy and other forms of meditation, I can say that Vedic meditation is the one which has been life-changing for me. For the first time in my life, I can sleep and think calmly before reacting to circumstances."Read More >
"Firstly I would like to note that Will is an excellent teacher; I found the Vedic technique easy to learn and use. I also think his knowledge about meditation is impressive, and I enjoy the fact that he is engaged with both ancient teachings and modern scientific findings. I have also been delighted by the continuing support and sense of community offered. I think this is a really important part of meditation, and Will and Jess deliver it with great kindness, warmth and fun. They are both approachable and lovely people. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
