"I've been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who'd learned with them. I'd previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is."Read More >
"Learning Vedic meditation last year with Will Williams was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I tried various methods in the past but there wasn't anything that resonated or stuck with me. I wasn't sure Vedic meditation would at first, but I kept practicing and within a short amount of time started to see some very positive changes in my life. These changes were so beneficial I couldn't look back, so fitting it into my daily life from thereon was unquestionable. "Read More >
"Have now done the meditation course, the retreat and Veda1. I am blown away by it all. Will are absolutely amazing..the meditation technique is easy and very effective, the retreat just outstanding and exploring the vedas after doing the 1st one very very enlightening and promising."Read More >
"I've finished my vedic meditation course not even a week ago and I can already recommend it to anyone! In only one week I am already seeing how my work-related anxiety levels are dropping in a considerable way. Will Williams is an excellent teacher and the whole team is extremely kind and efficient."Read More >
"I've been really enjoying doing the meditation on my own too, definitely feeling a lot clearer in the mind already, and feel so much more rested. 10/10 recommendation from me. This is top stuff."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
