"It's definitely one of the most important life skills I've had the pleasure of learning. I was so happy to meet Will a few years back in London where they are making this ancient technique easy, current and practical for the urban lifestyle and available for anyone that wants to try it! They are a fountain of knowledge that feels safe to tap into every time you need a little support. "Read More >
"I've been meditating now for about a year and a half every day and received my advanced mantra yesterday. I wouldn't change my meditation and the balance it has given me for any sum of money. I'm finally at peace and only progressing. And I have Will to thank for the change in course of my life. Thank you my friend!"Read More >
"Will taught me how to meditate in February and I've found it to be an incredibly helpful tool, a nice way of recharging the batteries twice a day. My ability to handle stress has greatly been enhanced, I don't seem to sweat the small stuff as much anymore and I seem to be naturally veering towards more healthy choices in my life. Will is a great person to learn from, very calm, fun and knowledgeable. Jess is wonderful too. "Read More >
"This is clearly a life-changing experience. Once you have discovered this, it is simply impossible to go back to previous negative patterns of life...simply amazing."Read More >
"I have tried other types of meditation, most recently vipassana and mindfulness, but Vedic Meditation through Will's teaching came more easily and gave more than I had thought possible. I've found it increasingly profound and restorative in its effect on my life. It continually surprises me how peaceful and rejuvenating the experience is, I would recommend it to anyone. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
