"Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not 'rushing' through it or being impatient with time. "During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Also, where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms."Read More >
"I've been practising since summer 17 and have discovered a reason to be cheerful. The calmness, ability to react positively, with mindfulness towards others, and most importantly with consideration of myself first, I can put down to the strength gleaned from daily meditation. My instructor (Jess) taught me well."Read More >
"I've been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who'd learned with them. I'd previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is."Read More >
"I learnt how to meditate with Will in February 2014 and it's made a significant difference to my life, I'm calmer, less stressed and find this new relaxed state enhances my ability to work effectively and retain information. I've also noticed a significant enhancement in my ability to problem solve situations. This is definitely something that everyone should learn."Read More >

Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
