Come along to one of our FREE talks and learn about the benefits of Vedic meditation.
Hosted by Jess & Will, two of Europe’s top meditation experts, this relaxed and informative session provides a great introduction to the technique.
We will explore:
How Vedic meditation works – a dive into the science of this fascinating practise.
What makes it so simple & effective (hence why we love it!).
Why this technique is so relevant to our modern lives.
Its profound and numerous benefits.
"Since starting I have continued and felt countless benefits from it. The main one being the impact it's had on an old neck problem. It somehow takes over the movement of my neck and manipulates it until the pain has gone. This happens in all of my meditations, once I open my eyes I get a sensation of relief. I could go on for hours but the best thing I can say is everyone is different and it'll give you an individual experience depending on what you need. #bestpartofmyday"Read More >
"I came to Vedic meditation because I had a condition which caused me a lot of pain and was on medication which had side effects I would rather have avoided. Within a short time of learning, the pain cleared and I was able to come off the medication and I haven't been on it since. I was a real relief."Read More >
"I have tried other types of meditation, most recently vipassana and mindfulness, but Vedic Meditation through Will's teaching came more easily and gave more than I had thought possible. I've found it increasingly profound and restorative in its effect on my life. It continually surprises me how peaceful and rejuvenating the experience is, I would recommend it to anyone. "Read More >
"Following doing the beginners course I instantly felt a big change in my stress levels and become clearer thinking in my daily life. The biggest changes were notable following a weekend retreat i went on 6 months later."Read More >
"Meditation makes me feel like MC Hammer 'stress can't touch this!' Will and his partner Jess are awesome. The follow up support they give after the course has been great. They genuinely seem to care how you're getting on and if there is anything else they can help with and you can ask them any questions you have anytime. The free group meditation sessions are also really great because you can meet up with other people in the same boat and share experiences. I highly recommend it!! "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will and Jess’ Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
