" Will is an incredible teacher and is most definitely the most wise person I have met in my life (apologies to my lecturers). He has opened an entirely new world to me and actually cares about my personal progression. I must admit when I read the description and spoke to Will before I started the course I was highly dubious that it was just another classic sales pitch, trust me, it is not. 4 months ago a great friend of mine said I should try meditation to which my reply was "sorry mate, it just doesn't work for me". I now realise how naive that comment was, I hope as the reader, you truly understand the normality of meditation and the true benefits that are available. "Read More >
"The changes I’ve noticed since learning Vedic Meditation have played such a huge role in how I choose to develop each day, how I reflect and build upon myself and the world around me. "Read More >
"The Beginner's Meditation Course was wonderful, it was structured really well, and Will delivered the information in a no-nonsense way. Will is a fountain of knowledge and it was a privilege to learn from him. I have already noticed that I feel less stressed and am extremely glad that I did this course. "Read More >
"As a post script to my original review, I would like to say that vedic meditation has helped me overcome my Ulcerative Colitis, much to my specialist's great surprise! Truly amazing..."Read More >
"Firstly, what makes this form of meditation so great is that it's so easy to do and I cannot imagine anyone not being able to get the hang of it. My interest in Vedic meditation is to help me develop my intuitive side and to help my teenaged daughter, who is on the autistic spectrum, to relax and so to lessen her symptoms such as sensory overload and to make processing information easier."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
