"Meditation was a last resort for me after suffering a life altering head injury. After the injury I was subject to a few unfamiliar side affects such as anxiety, head aches, panic attacks and I lost the ability to socialise. This was very unlike me and it was frightening. I was introduced to Will who immediately made me feel comfortable and that I was doing the right thing. Naturally I was skeptical but felt like I needed to try it as nothing else had worked. Several days after my weekend with Will I had a phone call from a friend asking how my head was and if the anxiety was still bad, I had to pause a second.... It was then I realised that my head aches were gone, the anxiety were gone and the panic attacks were gone! I'm so happy meditation found me. "Read More >

"I feel better able to manage myself and the anxiety that I have been experiencing for some time. I am also feeling so much more creatively inspired. There are loads of people around me who are asking why I am so positive and chilled out lately, and I find myself recommending Will's technique to everyone who asks. Having seen and enjoyed the benefits of having a calmer husband, my wife is about to start the course too. Thanks a million Will!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
