"I have been meditating for just over 2 months now and experienced its tremendous benefits already. I am soooo relaxed, calm and NOT stressed at all. Even if I wanted to its not possible :0) I organised a demanding work event recently. Usually I would stress beforehand and panic a little bit but the event made me realise how relaxed I was and how the meditation is working already. I have done lots of meditation in the past and have been meditating for a good amount of years. I love the freedom of this practise and how easy going it is. You don't have to focus on not to be thinking. You can just let the thoughts flow, process them and get back to repeating your personal mantra which helps you easily to get to meditative state. How easy compared to what I did before! I absolutely love Vedic meditation!"Read More >
"Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not 'rushing' through it or being impatient with time. "I took Will's meditation course in May 2014, having had increasingly bad anxiety over the past few years. It was an enormous relief for the anxiety to quite quickly dissappear, and gradually for a less reactive and calmer outlook to take hold in my approach to life. It has been a complete game changer. "Having meditated now for nearly a year, I can honestly say that this course has been pivotal in creating more balance in my life. I have more energy, am calmer and with heightened clarity. Will is an excellent teacher and has a wealth of knowledge in a number of different topic areas."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
