"I started meditating in December 2014 as I was stressed at college doing A levels. I guess I needed a way to calm and manage my nerves before exams. Meditation helped me with that, enabling me to stay calm and focused. "Read More >
"I didn’t have any particular expectations when I embarked on Will’s introductory course, but was willing to try anything which might alleviate my chronic insomnia. The impact has been astonishingly swift and positive. "Read More >
"I'm loving the meditation and amazed at the impact it's had on me. All the old anxieties have just melted away - I feel like I'm functioning in a completely different space. I can feel a change in my yoga teaching, yoga practise and especially how I'm engaging and (most importantly) responding to others. I feel like my life is in a true state of flow - it has been quite profound I must say."Read More >
"Learning Vedic meditation has had a profound impact on my life, health and wellbeing. I'm calmer, less stressed and my digestive issues have disappeared. I'm also more productive, inspired and creative in the work I do, which has helped me enormously with setting up my own business. Less rattled by the events that life throws at me, life is somewhat smoother and a lot brighter! Although I saw some of the benefits soon after learning to meditate, a year on from learning, I feel the magic really happens when you deepen into your daily practice. "Read More >
"I feel much more connected to myself. I trust my decisions. I feel some kind of power building up in me. My trust in the Divine Force is higher and higher. I'm happy, light and flowing. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will and Jess’ Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
