What makes it so simple & effective (hence why we love it!).

Its profound and numerous benefits.
"I know for a fact that the Vedic Meditation has enabled me to have a better work life balance and to also remain more positive. I have been able to address other areas of my life and be more open to spiritual experiences, which just would not have been possible prior to gaining this gift. I'm so glad to have this tool, it brings me peace of mind when I am hectic and keeps me calm and in balance when stresses would otherwise knock me off balance."Read More >
"My experience with Vedic meditation has been great!! I used to practise other kinds of meditation before but I found Vedic, simple and effective. "Read More >
"I am so thankful that I was able to take part in Will's meditation course, it's one of the best things I've ever done. Any initial anxiety I had was quickly dispelled by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Will and Jess created. Will's laid back but knowledgeable and enthusiastic teaching style drew me in from the word 'go'. The simple but effective technique of Vedic meditation has given me an invaluable tool which allows me to view my life in a much more positive light."Read More >
"The course was a revelation and I have been close to stress free and I am enjoying my life so much more now as my negativity has turned to positivity. In less than three weeks and everyone close to me has noticed the difference the change in my behaviour."Read More >
"As a mum that works full time I really look forward to those two little pockets of time in the day that I dedicate to meditation. The sleep I'm getting since I started mediating is good quality sleep and although I only manage 7 hours I feel like I've had the 9 hours I would like to get! At weekends my 4 year old has taken to sitting quietly next to me while I mediate. It is now part of the weekend routine and he seems to look forward to it as much as I do. Better sleep is just one of the benefits. Being calmer and more tolerant are others. Life just seems more vivid and full of energy which is great for me but also my son and husband too."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
