"This course gave me my first experience of meditative euphoria, and the prospect of this narcotic-free ecstasy made it easy to come back to. After my third session and a week of 20 minute morning sessions my energy levels have peaked in the day"Read More >
"Initially I didn't think I needed meditation. I thought it was for monks, mountaintops and had little relevance for people living in London. After some encouragement from friends who had recently attended one of Will's classes and enthusiastically talked about the results, I attended the beginners course to see what all the fuss was about. The benefits have been profound."Read More >
"The best and more powerful things in life are simple...and simple is the word that comes to my mind when Will shared with us his Vedic meditation knowledge and wisdom...This has been a life changing experience that has allow me to be present and in the moment."Read More >
"I've been meditating now for about a year and a half every day and received my advanced mantra yesterday. I wouldn't change my meditation and the balance it has given me for any sum of money. I'm finally at peace and only progressing. And I have Will to thank for the change in course of my life. Thank you my friend!"Read More >
"Will is a generous, thoughtful and fun teacher and I really enjoyed the Vedic meditation workshop sessions. Not only is he a great teacher of technique, he also takes the time to explain its benefits for our increasingly stressed out lives. I learned a lot about how meditation helps our minds and bodies rebalance and recharge. This is so important since we rarely control the world around us but we can always control how we react to it. This is the gift that Vedic meditation keeps on giving. This is also Will's gift. Thanks a lot my friend and look forward to the next round! "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
