Its profound and numerous benefits.
"I've tried so many things, including mindfulness, but have never been able to stop the thoughts invading my mind. This is the first time i've been able to experience no thought in my whole entire life! I have a memory that maybe I experienced it as a kid, but can't truly be sure. But what I can say is that I'm truly humbled by how good this is and by Will & Jess's warmth, good humour, all round general loveliness and total expertise!"Read More >
"Initially I didn't think I needed meditation. I thought it was for monks, mountaintops and had little relevance for people living in London. After some encouragement from friends who had recently attended one of Will's classes and enthusiastically talked about the results, I attended the beginners course to see what all the fuss was about. The benefits have been profound."Read More >
"The meditation is helping in many ways. I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements & it is having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine & also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. "Having first learnt transcendental meditation many years ago, Will has brought to me a much wider and deeper understanding of the Vedic knowledge that underpins meditation practice. He is a superb teacher with a great knowledge and passion for his subject and empathy for his students. Together Will and Jess are a fantastic team (and also lovely people!). I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to learn the basics of meditation, develop their meditation technique or to delve more deeply into vedic learning. "Read More >
"Thank you to Will & Jess, 2 wonderful lights in this world who have helped me start on a journey for which I have only just taken my first few steps & yet in such a short time walking this road through meditation has become a part of my daily ritual as brushing my teeth. The beauty of learning with Will & Jess is they are not just here to introduce you to the road of meditation and then wish you well like so many courses one does, but to support you on your journey long after you have taken your first steps with their group meditations, retreats and further learning opportunities"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
