"When you have tried everything to battle anxiety and depression for more than 10 years and nothing has worked yet, you easy got the feeling to throw in the towel and ask yourself what is the life for. I was in that point... I wasn't happy, I wasn't living, I was just existing. I finally met someone who cares about people and cares about happiness. Will and Jess. Jess and Will. The perfect match, the perfect answer for my question. They introduced to me the power of daily meditation. Soon after practising for first time I felt lighter, happier, full of purpose, full of life. "Read More >
"Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on 'quick fixes' - almost always involving pharmaceuticals - to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia."Read More >
"I feel like the meditation weekend was life changing and beneficial. I have noticed I am calmer - relaxed and I can feel it in my breathing. Before, at times, I felt anxious but now I am more still and feel there is a part in me I can always reach to feel calmer and solid. I feel i am on a journey and having met this meditation was great!"Read More >
"I've been doing this for three weeks and the most significant positives are improved sleep almost immediately - which was the main reason for learning so i'm very happy about that. I'm also experiencing less aches and pains and i'm not getting so fixated on things that make me cross!! I'm loving it !"Read More >
"I was immediately taught a simple yet profound method of meditating. It was a very relaxed and soft nurturing environment. I have since found my discipline, I have learnt not to judge good and bad meditations and to compare one with another (a common fault of mine previously). So now I am part of the family, and I look forward to our gatherings and group Meditations in Brighton. I also feel that I am at the beginning of a journey that will weave through and enrich my other interests and work. These are wonderful people, and for me probably the best investment I have ever made. I feel blessed, and I think (know) I have just scratched the surface, like a pinprick in a sheet of black paper held to the light, my gut is telling me there is so much to learn here, so much more behind. Perhaps it is that infinite Sacred wisdom already within us."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
