"I've tried so many things, including mindfulness, but have never been able to stop the thoughts invading my mind. This is the first time i've been able to experience no thought in my whole entire life! I have a memory that maybe I experienced it as a kid, but can't truly be sure. But what I can say is that I'm truly humbled by how good this is and by Will & Jess's warmth, good humour, all round general loveliness and total expertise!"Read More >
" An interesting thing happened just 4 daysafter I have learned it. I run a half marathon (which I have only done 3 times prior). The last one was 4 months ago and because of the summer holidays I pretty much did not train for this race. I ran 14 mins faster than my last race and was really surprised with the result!"Read More >
"Vedic meditation had an instant massive impact on my life. I'm more productive at home and at work and I'm a better dad. My energy levels are up. I've gone from a night owl to a morning person without trying. My headaches and migraines are gone. We are all benefiting from a more harmonious household. I have more creative ideas, empathy, patience and my stress management has greatly improved. "Read More >
"I used to have repeated buzzing ear on one side whenever I thought too much or was stressed but as soon as I started a meditation, it immediately went away in the first 30sec. And now I don't have it anymore. Which is a wonderful thing! I seem to make better decision too. Absolutely a life time tool I need! Thank you so much!"Read More >
"I don't longer need caffeine in the morning to wake up or during the day to cheer up or gain more energy; I feel more calm, enough to deal better with difficult situations that I used to struggle with. This course was recommended to me by a friend saying:"You'll be surprised how much a little and easy thing can make best of your day and your life.""Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
