"I used to have repeated buzzing ear on one side whenever I thought too much or was stressed but as soon as I started a meditation, it immediately went away in the first 30sec. And now I don't have it anymore. Which is a wonderful thing! I seem to make better decision too. Absolutely a life time tool I need! Thank you so much!"Read More >
"I'm loving the meditation and amazed at the impact it's had on me. All the old anxieties have just melted away - I feel like I'm functioning in a completely different space. I can feel a change in my yoga teaching, yoga practise and especially how I'm engaging and (most importantly) responding to others. I feel like my life is in a true state of flow - it has been quite profound I must say."Read More >
" If you want to feel less stressed, carefree, more understanding & compassionate towards others and more productive then it's definitely worth trying. I've found it so beneficial and important to keep in my life I'm eager to learn more. I'm currently attending the Exploring the Veda course which gives you the feeling that what we experience in our daily lives is just the tip of the iceberg and that there might be so much more potential out there we can start to explore. "I have found my memory has definitely improved, especially my memory of what I have read which is good news because I found that quite challenging at university. I also remember conversations more vividly. My mind seems to be focussing on the relevant things rather than the distractions it sometimes gets caught up in. What is most encouraging is that I feel that each day that passes I am getting more and more in tune with myself and that I am becoming a more whole self-actualised person."Read More >
"After a couple of hours in Will’s company, I not only knew how to meditate, I was also aware of myriad of benefits to meditation, so much so that I knew I was sold on it for life. That was over a year ago and I’m still going strong, at least 6 days a week. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
