"Despite years of yoga practice and numerous mindfulness meditation techniques a stroke left me feeling overwhelmed, anxious and fearful. A friend from Sydney recommended Vedic Meditation so after some research I attended an intro talk with Will who was articulate and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. He communicated the simplicity of the technique whilst backing it with firm scientific research. I knew this was exactly what I had been looking for. Since the course I have gained a new level of calmness, clarity and balance. My focus has improved, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I'm so much happier in all aspects of my life. I now feel Vedic meditation is an essential tool for life. "Read More >
"I have found my memory has definitely improved, especially my memory of what I have read which is good news because I found that quite challenging at university. I also remember conversations more vividly. My mind seems to be focussing on the relevant things rather than the distractions it sometimes gets caught up in. What is most encouraging is that I feel that each day that passes I am getting more and more in tune with myself and that I am becoming a more whole self-actualised person."Read More >
"The meditation is helping in many ways. I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements & it is having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine & also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. "I meditated 4 times on the flight home and had zero jet lag as you promised. Felt fantastic!"Read More >
"I have now been meditating for 4 years. Having tried a whole range of different techniques in that time, I can safely say that Vedic Meditation is by miles the easiest technique to learn and more importantly the most straight forward one to integrate into your daily life without even having to think about 'making time' for it. The course was brilliant, laid back and informal yet very informative. By the end of it I was buzzing! It has taken years of searching, but I have now finally found the kind of meditation I've been looking for. Will, Jess and Elle are such a kind, supportive and open-minded bunch. I am so grateful to have found you guys, thank you!"Read More >

Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
