"The calm is bliss. The two mini holidays each day feel like a total luxury. I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I'm rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily. I actually very much like myself now. That is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the worldT"Read More >
"What really has made a difference is the warmth and support I have received from the two beautiful souls that are Jess and Will. From dealing with the anxiety that was accumulated in my nervous system to deciding taking Vedic knowledge a step further, they have been an unconditional source of inspiration and clarity. Now most of my family meditates and that has truly demonstrated me that no matter the life style, ideology or life path of the individual this meditation if for everyone. "Read More >
"I want to tell you how much I have benefitted from your course; whether going through good times or difficult times, regular meditation, with the calming down and peace it engenders, keeps me on an even keel."Read More >
"I went and learned with Will last year and had a very positive experience and have subsequently been recommending the course to friends. I had to have an operation soon after and I found the meditation really helped with the anxiety prior to it, and the recovery afterwards. I was extremely happy to get pregnant in the following couple of weeks (after 10 months of trying). It seems the meditation helped my body get back to where it needed to be. I am truly delighted with the results!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
